The Experience
We are the only Hostel located in Condado Beach, which is the safest neighborhood of San Juan. Best Location (Closest to Beach & Nightlife) with Luxury Bunkbeds, Air Conditioning, Tropical Breakfast, Fiber Optic 1 Gigabit Wifi, Sheet - all included for guests & staff! Our awarding-winning hostel is looking for Co-Hosts and Co-Builders to help us continue to host guests from around the world. We offer 3 x 8 hour shifts per week.

I had a wonderful time at the hostel. It's a special place where everyone feels like family. Ale is so welcoming; he goes out of his way to do things to support the staff and loves introducing people to the local culture. I also grew very close with the other co-hosts, they became a safe space for me. The work involves a lot of cleaning and can be tiring but for only 3 days a week it's a very fair exchange to get the rest of the time to explore & go on excursions. I would 100% go back and do it all over again, and for much longer than 1 month next time! Gracias por todo, the hostel <3

My time at the hostel was absolutely amazing! The experience was incredible from the first day. The work is very easy and straightforward, plus you get lots of time free to enjoy the beauty of PR. Ale was the best manager and he was always making sure everyone was having a great time and even took us on tours to see some great spots! The hostel is very well maintained and is located on a nice area, super close to the beach. If you are thinking of applying to the hostel this is your sign to do it! Always grateful for the opportunity to be at the hostel and make so many memories & friends 🤍

If you're thinking about staying at the hostel, do it!! My time at the hostel was awesome, from the manager Alex to the roommates there during my time. So many adventures and good memories. The work is not hard or too much, it's very fair with on and off days. Comfy living space and close proximity to eat, drink, and swim.

My time at the hostel was amazing. The manager is a very helpful, considerate and communicative. You are in good hands!!! You don't see the owner often, but he also keeps in touch and can help if needed. The place itself is also very nice and at a great location. I met a lot of cool people and made some lifelong friendships as well, the vibe between volunteers and with guests is top notch. All in all I would recommend this experience to anybody and I hope I will visit the place in the future as well.

This experience in the hostel has definitely been a memorable one. I honestly think words can't describe how good of a time I've had here and everyone should experience it themselves. the hostel's staff makes sure you get a good Puerto Rican experience filled with adventure. I made amazing friends and connections that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you the hostel!!🫶🏻
