It was my first experience and it was so good. I've been working in the kitchen with Gigi (chef) it was easy and nice work with him, he is a very good person. The food is good and the room it depends of your roommates. The location is perfect, it has near underground, bus and you can walk to many places like Hyde park, Oxford street, Buckingham Palace, etc. The only bad things is that the place is not a hostel so is difficult to socialize. Anyway I recommend to have this experience.

The people were all very nice, respectful, and generally helpful. The problem was, they put me in a room that was infested with bed bugs. Not cool I eventually learned that they've had a bed bug infestation in this room for well over a year, maybe 2. To their credit, they have tried to use chemicals to exterminate the bed bugs, including twice during the month I was there. But obviously they're not willing to do what's necessary to actually solve the problem once and for all, which would require leaving the room empty for a couple months and replacing all the beds. So beware.

The hostel is well located, in the middle of London; the food is good; the host are polite and respectful; I met good volunteers there, made good friends for life! P.S.: always make sure what is the task you're going to do, for no surprises 🤭

My experience in the hostel was good! The people over there was nice with me. The only point is there is no social room to interact to another people. The dinner room closed at 10pm, so I didn't feel the hostel vibe, 'cause the hostel is quiet, but it was good. The task was easy an the schedule was really nice for me. I enjoyed my job on dinner. I just work at evening, so I really could enjoyed London.

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muy buena, las tareas son muy buenas y simples, el trabajo no es pesado, los anfitriones son muy amables y flexibles con cualquier problema! Además el hostel es muy lindo y hay mucha gente de todas partes del mundo lo cual es muy divertido, y tenes la posibilidad de hacer muy buenos amigos, el horario es muy tranquilo y tenes todo el día para recorrer Londres, lo súper recomiendo!

Mi experiencia como voluntaria en el hostel ha sido increíble. 🥰🥰 Era mi primer voluntariado y sinceramente no podía haber empezado mejor. Desde el primer día me sentí bienvenida y doy gracias por ello a todo el equipo (Jacob, Pavani… y los voluntarios del hostel) que te hacen sentir como una familia. He tenido la oportunidad de conocer personas de muchos países diferentes, compartir experiencias, aprender de otras culturas y también relacionarme con los residentes del lugar. El trabajo como voluntaria fue justo y bien organizado. Recomiendo totalmente este hostel!!! ⭐️

La experiencia fue increíble! A mi me tocó servir la cena y la verdad que el trabajo era fácil y muy ameno. El alojamiento está muy bien y la ubicación es perfecta, a un minuto de hyde park y al lado de dos paradas de metro. Sin duda para mi lo mejor del voluntariado fue el ambiente que se generó entre los voluntarios, si tu objetivo es conocer a viajeros internacionales no dudes en venir a este hostal porque el ambiente es insuperable. No puedo estar más agradecida de haber hecho mi primer voluntariado con ellos y ojalá poder repetir experiencia aquí muy pronto!
