Overall I had a wonderful experience, this is the first hostel that accepted me and it's been a dream. I wouldn't trade this experience for the world. I am also thankful to Yuliya for all she's done for me during my stay. I will be back :)

Super fun month here, work is pretty easy and leaves you with loads of free time to explore the city. Yuliya is really flexible if you need time off and there is a good sense of community between the volunteers. I'd definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking to meet people and have a good time clubbing.

This was my first volunteer experience and it was incredible! The tasks and hours were straight forward and manageable, leaving plenty of free time to explore Krakow and even Zakopane. Yuliya, the hostel manager, was incredible to work with and she made sure everything ran smoothly in the hostel and for volunteers, answering all my questions and always around to help. The team dorm was clean with plenty of room for my luggage, and the hostel is located in the perfect location. I've made friends for life while volunteering at the hostel and now Krakow feels like a second home. Thank you!

I volunteered at the hostel for a month and had a great time. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the main square. Also, the work at reception was easy and low-stress. I helped guests and some cleaning. There's a pub crawl every night, it's a fun environment, but what made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and easy to get along with, and I made some amazing friends. Yuliya, the manager, was super supportive and always working hard. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to experience Krakow while meeting great people! I'm grateful.

The hostel is now my second home. Yuliya, the staff, and other volunteers all welcomed me with open arms and warm hearts. From my arrival, I felt so included and part of a little family. I especially appreciate Yuliya's hospitality and great personality. The hostel was always kept clean and tidy, the job was exactly as described (a lot of fun), and there are plenty of opportunities explore Kraków. The pub crawls were definitely a highlight of my experience. Love to all the people at the hostel and the hostel Sing!! I will definitely return ❤️
