It was an excellent experience, the reception issue Nadia, Albert, Cirly and the other guys were always very friendly and willing to help you in whatever you need, especially Nadia. The residence is very comfortable and very clean, the best part was to share getting to know my rommies, especially Komal, I will miss them a lot, I definitely recommend this experience in the hostel.

I had an amazing time volunteering for the hostel. A special thanks to Cyril and Nadia who were always very helpful. It was a great experience. The rooms are good and I got to make new friends and have a comfortable staying. The food is served at another hostel 5 minutes walking. In this other hostel we had Fle and Darren who were always helpful as well and with a big smile on their faces. I had an amazing experience and I totally recommend!

I did 3 weeks volunteering at the hostel and I am really very happy with the experience. I was able to improve my level of English and Italian, learned new cleaning skills and above all enjoyed the beautiful city of London at the best time of the year as a local. Everything about the hostel was amazing for me. The staff team, Cyril, Albor and Nadia are amazing people and always willing to help. The environment and the facilities are really good. The hosts are very friendly and the facilities for the staff are quite comfortable. The location of the hostel is perfect! It is true that the work is somewhat routine and perhaps two days off could make it lighter. The guests who stay in the hostel are there times that make your task a bit difficult. Personally I have felt very comfortable and I recommend the experience for a short period of time.

The work is easy to do in the required time. They explain exactly how it should be done. Even with basic English, I managed to get the job done, as the team was attentive and patient with me. I made good friends and I certainly recommend volunteering there.

I had a great experience, the tasks are a little difficult at first but with time they become easier, the hostel is in a great location very close to the hard park, markets, metro stations and bus stops. Both Cyril and the rest of the staff have always treated me very well, I highly recommend the experience

My Experience at the hostel was nice. The tasks are not hard, the work and the environment are very good. The whole team can help you when you need it and the food was also great as well. Cyril assisted me a lot with everything. The location is also another positive side of the place.

My experience at the hostel was great ! The work is well organized and the schedule is always respected. The workload is fair, especially considering you get a place to stay in central London and two meals a day. It's more of a long term accomodation than an hostel, so if you're looking for a backpackers' atmosphere it isn't the place for you. But I knew it beforhand and it was never a problem for me. Cyril, Nadia and Albor were always ready to help, kind and flexible. The rest of the volounteer team was lovely and I made some really good friends. Thanks the hostel team !
