The team is incredibly friendly and supportive, and I truly appreciated the chance to improve my communication skills and meet wonderful new people. This volunteering experience has been one of the best things I've ever done. I arrived with many doubts, but from the very beginning I I felt so welcomed and supported by everyone. I met amazing people with whom I had so much fun, shared unforgettable moments, and built friendships that I feel will stay with me forever. I loved that every day was different, never repetitive, and that made me enjoy it even more. I learned, grew, and also had time for myself, to explore the city and make the most of every moment. I'm leaving with a heart full of gratitude. Thanks Cyril and Nadia 🤍🫶🏼

Sou imensamente grata por cada dia que passei. São tarefas tranquilas que dá para fazer no tempo proposto. Quero agradecer em especial ao Cyril, que foi tão paciente por eu não falar inglês e gentil, não só ele, mas toda a equipe. Muito feliz por poder conviver com cada um. Aprendi muito e pude viver essa cultura tão maravilhosa e além disso, levarei comigo cada rostinho, cada amizade que fiz, cada morador que pude conversar, são pessoas de toda parte do mundo, vocês são especiais. Minha experiência como voluntária no hostel foi maravilhosa! Fui muito bem acolhida, mesmo sem falar inglês. Todos tiveram paciência e explicaram tudo com calma. O trabalho é tranquilo, dá pra cumprir no tempo e se adaptar fácil. É importante lembrar que viver em comunidade exige jogo de cintura , cada pessoa tem seu jeito. Se for reclamar de tudo, melhor pagar hospedagem. O ambiente é de paz, a localização é ótima, e sobra tempo pra explorar londres, fazer amizades e praticar o idioma. O Cyril é incrível: educado, calmo e resolve tudo com sabedoria. Duvidas podem me mandar msg.

I had a great experience at the hostel. The residence is well-located, and Cyril, Hector, Nadia, and Mustafa were great to work with, always clarifying doubts and guiding me on how tasks should be done. The facilities available for volunteers are good, with a dedicated locker in the room and space in the kitchen. The meals provided are very good, especially lunch and dinner, which change daily. The work is done within the scheduled hours, and time off is well respected. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to learn more about the hospitality industry.

My experience at the hostel was incredible! The whole team Cyril, Nadia, Hector were very kind to me, they always had a lot of patience and respect for me. They taught me many things. The tasks and schedules were fulfilled very well. The place is super comfortable, quiet and you have a shared room with a very comfortable bed. I recommend it 100%. I am very happy to have been part of the team and I will definitely miss you!! Thank you for everything

I had a truly enjoyable experience volunteering at the hostel. The staff were wonderful to work with, creating a supportive and welcoming environment. Nadia was exceptionally accommodating and always willing to help in every possible way, making my time there smooth and enjoyable. Hector is great as a mentor, paying great attention to detail and ensuring that I learned valuable skills. Cyril, with his cool and approachable demeanor, showed great appreciation for even the smallest contributions I made, which motivated me to put my best effort into my work. Overall, my time is rewarding.
