Precisamos de um MENINO para fazer o horario da madrugada no hostel das 2 am até 7am. As tarefas sao simples: manter a galera controlada no horario do silencio, dar uma mão na limpeza, recepção dos hospedes. Ó mais importante é ficar acordado.

Essa foi a minha primeira experiência de voluntariado e foi uma experiência excelente. O hostel tem uma equipe muito bem sincronizada, em que todos se ajudam, o que torna tanto o trabalho quanto a convivência muito agradáveis.

Foram combinados 17 dias de voluntariado, mas permaneci apenas 4, pois a experiência não ocorreu conforme o acordado. O anfitrião não esteve presente durante esse período e não me senti confortável na função, e o espaço ofertado para dormir foi em uma beliche na sala, que era integrada com a cozinha, e o meu turno era o primeiro das 06:00 da manhã, então por ser um ambiente sempre com movimentação, não conseguia descansar o suficiente para o próximo dia. Compartilho para que próximos anfitriões e voluntários possam alinhar melhor as expectativas. Horários das tarefas foram respeitados.

Foi uma ótima experiência para treinar línguas e conhecer pessoas do mundo todo! Trabalhei no café da manhã e gostava do meu horário por estar liberada às 11h e ter o resto do dia para aproveitar. Como a escala é 6x1, não conseguia turistar em floripa e por esse motivo, busquei outro voluntariado com uma escala 3x4. Por isso saí antes do combinado. Mas a comunicação das gerentes eram bem claras e diretas, sempre falavam quando necessitava. Acho um bom lugar para quem quer ficar perto da praia, conhecer pessoas do mundo todo e viver uma experiência imersiva em hostel!
