The Experience
We´re looking for an outgoing and responsible volunteer to join our friendly team. The role involves working at reception; checking in/out guests, general cleaning, admin and making all the guests feel at home! For legal reasons we need people with EU citizenship, and it would be perfect if you already have an NIE. In exchange for 12, 8 hour shifts per month you get accommodation in a 6 bed staff room in the heart of BCN. Min stay 2 months

The right way to live in Barcelona, the team is very big and it's like a family for me, I love every moment and every day that I stayed there a long time, two months is the right time to stay. All the managers are very helpful in every situation that you could have, truly recommend !

Highly recommended! I had the opportunity to meet many fantastic people and create unforgettable memories. The work at the reception was straightforward and easy to manage and there were plenty of activities to join. Plus, the complimentary dinner each evening was a lovely bonus. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience in Barcelona. Thank you for everything!

Overall, this was a great volunteer experience. I was able to meet and connect with so many international guests and create a family with the other volunteers. We had access to all the activities and free dinner every night! The work itself at reception was pretty easy and straightforward. After 4 months, I left knowing I will always have a home in Barcelona at the hostel!
