El ambiente del Hostal es tranquilo, armonioso y apapachador. Las actividades a realizar son crear contenido del hostal para la publicidad en redes sociales y como apoyo en la operación del Hostal. El horario para colaborar es mixto y las horas serán organizadas de tal forma que sean convenientes tanto para el voluntariado como para el anfitrión. Las reglas giran alrededor de la tranquilidad y tener una estadía placentera para todos.

I was really looking forward to this experience and had so many ideas but everything changed. The position was supposed to include breakfast, 2 free days and 25 hours of work and when I arrived and asked about breakfast I was told that it was not included, at first I accepted and tried to make it work but my budget suffered. When we were talking about the days off, the host was under the impression that there were none and that the volunteers would be working 7 days a week and when I told that she had published something different, she logged into the platform and changed the terms.

Me parece que es importante siempre si vas a platicar sobre algo, lo hagas de manera completa y también haciéndote responsable de tu falta de profesionalismo, educación y compromiso.
Efectivamente no tenía conocimiento de la configuración y con las voluntarias anteriores pude trabajar sin ningún problema, siempre hubo diálogo y acuerdos, así que lo desconocía hasta que me hiciste favor de comentarme y por eso pude corregir la configuración.
Ahora bien, sobre los días libres, si que me sorprende ya que de los siete días que estuviste sólo colaboraste dos.
Y bueno aunque esto es el medio de contacto, me parece que la educación puede dar para generar siempre algo positivo en donde estamos y no optar por irte sin previo aviso, sin entregar y ademas eligiendo la crítica y actuar de forma negativa.

La experiencia en el hostel fue increíble, Bera me recibió con los brazos abiertos. Me sentí en un hogar lleno de amor y cuidado, algo tan importante para alguien que viene viajando. El trabajo es flexible y dinamico. El hostel es hermoso, practique mi inglés y disfrute de la energía inexplicable de Tepoztlan. Muchas gracias por recibirme, nunca me voy a olvidar de esta experiencia ❤️

En lo personal, no pude aportar en lo q habíamos acordado previamente por la app (comunicación, redes sociales, etc), lo cual era mi gran objetivo el hostel viaje a tepoztlan. Esto fue debido a q se requerían de otras tareas diferentes en el hostal lo cual no hubiera tenido problema de hacer si hubieran formado parte de lo acordado. En este sentido no logramos entendernos ni comunicarnos bien porque se esperaban cosas diferentes de mi, por lo que preferí irme anticipadamente para evitar roces. Creo q con mayor claridad y respeto de lo acordado podría habría funcionado mejor.

Yo apliqué para el puesto de publicidad y redes sociales. Lo que tiene de bueno es que puedes manejar tus horarios, excepto cuando hay un evento específico, aunque aún así hay cierta flexibilidad. Lo que se busca es pensar ideas para llevar a cabo las redes sociales y promocionar el hostal.
