Julian and his family are amazing people. I spent great time in their finca. I stay here during harvesting season so i could help Julian with harvesting and also i could enjoy dispulping process. We had nice conversations about coffee, traveling and life. Family picked me up in Viani. Is good to buy everything what you need before, because city and shops is not that close. I had nice, clean room with private bathroom. Food was delicious. It was unique week and i highly recommend this volunteering. Thank you

Julian and Cindy were amazing hosts and very kind to let us experience their life in Columbia. All communication was easy and we felt very welcomed at all times. The work was physical but nothing you can't manage, and it was very interesting to take part in the coffee production and learn about Colombian coffee culture. We also visited the local town multiple times and went for a hike in the nearby area, which both were very nice. We also loved being introduced to their family and friends and experience the Colombian lifestyle. All in all we are very thankful for our stay at the farm!

Simply everything about my stay at Julian's finca was great. Julian and his family are lovely, calm, open and sensitive people whom we shared some very nice moments with. Communication was always very clear and relaxed, and we worked 3-5 hours daily on various tasks at the plantation. I particularly enjoyed our conversations about Colombian culture and slang, as well as learning about the cultivation of coffee bananas and other crops. We had our own room and bathroom and shared the kitchen and living room with Julian. The food was delicious and very generous. In short : we miss it already!

We had an amazing week at Julian's finca! Before arriving, we received clear instructions how to get to Viani from Bogotá and were picked up there. Going to the shop or the village is not super easy since you need to walk a bit and take a bus, however we didn't need to go everyday. For the work, it is very clear instructed and not too difficult. Julian and his family are really nice and welcoming, and we learned a lot about coffee, but also about Colombia in general. They also have a very nice dog and an adorable daughter who is very sociable and likes to play card games. In short: amazing!

My experience on this small coffee farm was amazing. Julian and his family are very accommodating and we felt at very much at home. The food and coffee they made were delicious. Also the work was various and well instructed and I would recommend to anyone to stay here and experience and learn about coffee and live at their finca. Thank you for your hospitality!
