The Experience
Your main tasks will be cleaning & housekeeping, 3 days x 7h weekly shifts in the morning or in the evening. Our hostel is fun but relaxed, attracting interesting people that come to meet other travelers & socialize . We like bringing life to the hostel and always keeping a great atmosphere, so we need your help with this too. We are like a family and we like to do a lot of things together and also with the guests, meaning trekking, swimming..

It was my first volunteering and i think it could not be better! Marina and Manu are so nice and friendly and they help you with whatever you may need. I never thought that i would feel so safe and relaxing that i would not want to leave 😍😋 The best for me was every time after returning from the beach , that feeling that i return home , not to a hostel but to my home! The shifts are three the week so you have time to explore the island and la Laguna is a perfect place if you don't like so much the touristic environment and you want something more traditional and real!

Manu and Marina are such a lovely people. They make you feel as home from the very first day. The timetable is respected (3 days/week), so you have plenty of time to enjoy this beautiful island. It was my first experience as a volunteer in a hostel and it could not be better. I trully recommend everyone this hostel. Thank you so much for everything guys (L)

First of all I want to thank Marina and Manu for this beautiful experience! It was my first experience as a volunteer and it was absolutely amazing :) In the past weeks this place became like a home and I will miss it dearly. The working hours are more than perfect (3 days/week), it's really easy and sometimes doesn't even feel like work. The location of the hostel is perfect for everyone who prefers to be a bit away from the touristy areas of Tenerife. Marina and Manu are wonderful, caring hosts who help you with everything and make sure your stay is as perfect as possible <3

Fantastic host! Tenerife is a beautiful island and there is so much to do, plus Laguna has a great location. the hostel is such a good hostel that guests end up returning while travelling the island and the family atmosphere makes you feel at home from the moment you get in. Manu and Marina are such great hosts and they are truly dedicated to make the hostel as welcoming as possible. As a volunteer you feel like you become part of the hostel family in no time. I really recommend this experience!
