The Experience

We are an Italian family, with three girls (Eva 11, Nadia 9 and Lucia 6) and a lovely dog called Nina. Besides having English conversations with the girls, we expect you to help us with our daily routine (picking up and dropping off the girls, especially) and with the weekly cleaning of the flat. We live in the heart of Genova, a beautiful city by the sea. From here, you are able to go to wherever you want!

My staying in Genova was truly amazing! The family is so wonderful and warm, they made me feel like I was home. The girls are so lovely and the work doesn't feel like work! It's amazing spending time with them. The place is very well located since it's right in the centre of the city, and the towns around it are so beautiful. Thank you so much the home, Enrico and the girls for everything!❤️

This wonderful family was my first ever aupair family & I'm so grateful for the experience! They were so welcoming, kind & relaxed. The experience was about speaking english and spending time together in the afternoon/evenings. They have had many aupairs & are multilingual. I was only there for a short gap between other aupairs (2weeks) - it was short & sweet! Most responsibilities are to pick up the youngest from school & bring her to her next activity & then have dinner with the family & also walking the dog sometimes. They live a busy life so I think it's helpful to do some cleaning too :)

I went to Genes for 6 weeks, in the family of Guiseppina and Enrico, it was one of the best experiences of my life!! The girls are adorable and so exciting 🤍 I was able to visit a lot of things on weekends, because the house was really well located, near the stations :) Thank you again for welcoming me!!

I had an amazing time staying with the home and her family. I felt welcome from the beginning and got along with everyone really well. The work (if you can call it work) was very straightforward and well communicated. And I had a lot of free time to explore Genoa and the surroundings. I will miss you all so much, but I'm so glad I got to spend that time with you!

This experience was amazing. the home, Enrico and the girls were so so friendly, kind, helpful and just such wonderful people. I will miss them all very much. The work didn't feel like work and was mostly just walking Nina (the lovely dog) and picking up and taking the girls to activities/school etc and talking and playing with them to help with their English. (Although they all spoke amazing English) I met so many other au pairs as well :) And also Genova is a great place to catch a train and explore somewhere on days off! I cannot recommend this experience more, the most lovely family 💕
