The Experience
A experiência em colaborar conosco é única, somos uma empresa familiar e acolhedora e precisamos da ajuda de voluntários que gostem de lidar com público, fazer atendimento e servir bebidas, refeições e petiscos aos hospedes. Manter ambientes comuns da pousada limpo e organizado é importante além de dar suporte ao bar da pousada na preparação de drinks. A praia é muito tranquila e nossos hóspedes são casais e famílias =)

É difícil encontrar palavras para descrever o quão incrível foi o voluntariado na pousada. O Bananal agora tem um lugar especial em meu coração. Quanta energia boa emana dessa ilha! Agradeço primeiramente à Roberta, por ter me aceitado e com isso me permitido viver a melhor experiência da minha vida até agora; à Rafa, por ser um amor de pessoa e sempre nos tratar com carinho e atenção; e à toda família pelo respeito, acolhimento e ensinamentos, especialmente Noriko, a pousada, Sueco e Ronaldo. Tive uma experiência incrível como voluntário na pousada. O lugar é cercado pela natureza, ideal pra quem busca paz e conexão com o essencial. A equipe é acolhedora, unida como uma família — cada pessoa contribui com carinho e dedicação. Me senti em casa, mesmo ajudando de forma simples. Além disso, a região tem praias lindas, trilhas deslumbrantes e mirantes que tiram o fôlego. Se você vem com respeito, escuta e vontade de somar, vai sair transformado. Ficar na the inn com certeza superou todas as expectativas que tinha. Todos foram super gentis, respeitaram tudo que foi acordado no trabalho, ofereceram uma acomodação ótima e comidas maravilhosas durante toda a estadia. O Bananal então, fico até sem palavras, um dos lugares mais lindos e mágicos que tive a oportunidade de conhecer.
