The Experience

I run a little escape on the shore of lake Atitlan. Offering very special set up. Looking for your skills to enhance them and continue to let us grow. At the same times to receive our guests upon arrival and help over diner, breakfast.

It was a good experience. The people at the hotel are nice. The hours and the workload is not too demanding and is easy going. You can use the paddleboards and kayak. It a great place to have time for yourself and relax. You have to take a boat to get there. The view is amazinng. It good to know before that on the days you don't work you dont get meals

My experience at the host was very rewarding! 🤩 Armand and the whole team made me feel very welcome. I quickly felt at ease and integrated! The daily tasks are very simple: helping with breakfast and dinner service, and creating content for social medias. I was able to discover the villages around Lake the host, enjoy with the hotel's accommodations, discover the local culture... I really recommend this volunteering if you want to discover Guatemalan culture and enjoy the lake! ☀️ Thank you so much !

I had a great time at the host. All of the staff is so welcoming and kind and they want you to feel comfortable. I was given a good size room with a great view and a private bath. The job included making daily content for instagram and TikTok. I'm happy that I was able to grow their account while I was here and we even had a video go viral!I helped out in the restaurant. It was very simple just clearing tables and taking orders. The closest town is small so you have to take a boat to the larger towns. Not a good place if you like to party or be entertained always. Great for relaxing

What a great experience! the host it's a paradise. I was extremely happy to work there. Armand was very welcoming and the tasks were clear and easy. I had a great and cleaned bedroom and private bathroom. I love the whole place and so thankful to be visiting other places during my free time. Andrés the chef was really nice and cooks incredibly delicious. You will enjoy the great views, food, people on this place. I've met great international friends like Sebastien and many others. I will definitely recommend this place👏👏
