Hey there, I’m Masa, born and raised in Niseko, and I run a cozy accommodation right at the foot of the amazing Annupuri ski slope. If you're a ski or snowboard enthusiast craving that perfect "JAPOW" powder snow, this is your dream opportunity!
We’re looking for friendly volunteers to join us, and in return, you'll get:
✨ Free accommodation (private or shared – first come, first served!) ✨ 3 delicious meals a day!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Japanese

Between 20 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

The volunteer commitment is 25 hours per week, scheduled according to operational needs. Working days and shifts may vary and will be communicated in advance. Flexibility is required, especially during busy periods.
