The volunteer commitment is 25 hours per week, scheduled according to operational needs. Working days and shifts may vary and will be communicated in advance. Flexibility is required, especially during busy periods.

Volunteers at Milky House are expected to respect the shared living and working spaces, the team, and the local community. Cleanliness, responsibility, and a collaborative attitude are essential at all times.

Volunteers are expected to:


Be punctual and reliable for all agreed shifts


Follow house rules, safety standards, and work instructions


Treat the space, equipment, guests, and staff with care and respect
