What you offer

- Hours per week
- Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.
- Cleaning
- Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
- Housekeeping
- Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
- Administration
- Help with booking systems and payments.
- Reception
- Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

- You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

The Experience
We're a home away from home for backpackers and independent travellers. You will find us in Paraíso, neighbourhood perfectly placed right in the heart of the city with easy access.Have a confortable, fun and unforgetable stay in São Paulo, the lovely biggest city of South America. We need your precious help for: checking guests in and out, welcoming guests, giving guests tips on where to go and overseeing the security of the hostel.

Passei um ótimo momento no hostel e tudo foi muito bem. Ryo e Tomás cumpriram todo o acordado e foram ótimos anfitriões. Os demais voluntários e colegas de trabalho também foram muito receptivos. Foi perfeita a experiência tive treinamento com o sistema de reservas Ryo e Thomás são super gentis e profissionais, a localização é pertinho da avenida paulista, turnos são flexíveis e os outros voluntários foram super prestativos assim como as funcionárias da limpeza Rita e Dilma, obrigada de verdade ❤️

Foi muito bom voluntariar no Villa! Ryo e Thomás são ótimos anfitriões. São atentos a detalhes e se dedicam para que todos tenham uma boa experiência - voluntários e hóspedes. A localização é perfeita e a flexibilidade de horários é excelente para curtir a cidade. Super recomendo!
