I couldn't have wished for a better first experience than at the hostel. From the moment i arrived, i was made to feel welcome by the receptionists and the other volunteers. Everything was very well organized, the work was never hard, and i had a lot of time to explore Zagreb and even cities nearby. It's the wonderful people and the sense of community we created though that will make me remember this experience forever.

Literally the best!!! the hostel has a special place in my heart now ❤️ Everyone is so sweet and helpfull I felt right at home. I recommend 100% the experience is so worth it. Work is easy and there are many fun things to do in Zagreb at any time of the year. The worst is literally when u have to leave. Sending love to everyone at the hostel and big thank you for making my time here the best<3

At the hostel it was the best first experience I could have wished for. The work is not heavy at all, and thanks to Viktorija, Olija and Marinella it also becomes fun. The receptionists, Lana, Katarina, Maya and Dijana are different between each other but all beautiful people who welcome you with open arms right from the start, especially Dijana who always made sure everything was fine. I was also lucky enough to meet some fantastic volunteers who made my stay at the hostel even more special. The hostel is very clean and its location is great, super recommended!

It was truly amazing experience in particularly everything that I could have never imagined how smooth and uncomplicated it'd go at first."Feel like home" was the motto of all the staff who were kind,friendly and 'd been handing me any kind of help, with broad pleasure and jolly smile on the face whenever I asked for. The people I met, both the volunteers and the guests, were incredibly nice.The bunch of funny and unforgettable moments made my stay exceptional. The workload is overall not hard and undemanding and doable as it's not required to accomplish tough tasks. I wish I'll return one day

I could not have hoped for a better first time volunteering experience. We as volunteers have always done only the agreed upon amount of work, which of course can be finished earlier if you are a fast worker, although i can imagine this hostel getting quite busy during holidays. Everyone at reception is not going to hesitate to help you in any way and always with a smile on their face. I hope one day I will return.

The hostel is first of all a fantastic family. I had my first experience there and it could not have been better! The staff is really friendly and always ready to help. They welcomed me and they explained with a lot of passion and clarity everything I had to do. Besides, they were always open to any kind of conversation. The work is pretty easy, even in the high season, and the work conditions are respected. Zagreb is a small but nice and dynamic city, and the hostel is just 5-minute walk from the main square. If you want to meet new people and have fun I truly recommend this place!

I stayed at the hostel for approximately one month. It marked my first volunteering experience, and it was truly exceptional. The staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive, and the workload never exceeded the predetermined expectations. Moreover, the hostel is conveniently located just a short distance from the city center. I highly recommend this experience!

My experience with the hostel was amazing. The environment it's like being into a second house, the receptionists Lana, Dijana, Maja, Katarina and Tonka are lovely girls, I felt a real connection with them, like they were my bigger sisters. Katarina the manager will always treat you in the best way possible, respectfully and genuinely worried if something happened.There's 2 different shifts that are basically making beds and cleaning shift, you will enjoy the working thank to the great and kind trio of Olija, Mirela and Dalija, listening to the easy tasks given by my great friend Ljuka
