The Experience

It’s a big property and I need help maintaining the gardens, maintaining 2 houses and building new cabins around the land. Some construction work involved if able, but there’s always something needs doing, masses of strimming and trees to prune, painting, veg garden, etc. One important thing to understand is I have to work during the week so it’s possible you might be left on your own during week days

Joby is an amazing host and a really good person. He made sure my time there was good and that i had fun in my days off. He's an amazing cook and i loved cooking for him and his friends 🫶🏻 The jobs i had to do were pretty simple (cleaning, gardening and painting) and he is very flexible with the hours of work. If staying in contact with nature and alone for some hours a day sounds good to you then it's the perfect place to stay ❤️

Sharon was a great volunteer, easy to get on with, helpful and a good cook. Generally easy going and fun to have around. Adaptable to what’s asked of her.
Happy travels Sharon
