The Experience

We are looking for volunteers that are social and genuinely like meeting and talking with new people all the time. You will need to be a team-player and be prepared to work hard yet at the same time prepare to party and have a lot of fun. You'll be expected to do a variety of morning and evening shifts. Duties will include light cleaning, making beds, preparing hostel dinners, leading nights out and most importantly socializing with our guests.

This was my first time volunteering and I couldn't have wished for a better place. It feels like one big family and all the other volunteers and staff will be your best friends. I had sooooooo much fun and I would recommend it to everyone!! The work doesn't feel like working at all and it's mostly socializing with the guests and leading nights out. Bigggg thanks to everyone at the hostel, the managers, other volunteers and staff because they really made my stay unforgettable!! I will come back for sure <3

I'd always heard that the hostel was an amazing place to volunteer, and after spending over a month there, i can totally see why. the crew really feels like a family, i felt right at home the entire time and everyone was so warm and welcoming. tbh i can't wait to go back!

I loved my time volunteering at the hostel! I was really nervous about volunteering as i had never lived away from my hometown but right from the start, everyone made me feel welcome . The entire stay felt like one massive summer camp where you just get to make friends and explore the hostel with them. Volunteering at the hostel really encourages self confidence and for you to get outside your comfort zone in a controlled and supportive environment. If you like to party and aren't afraid of shoeys or baby bird shots then this is the place for you :)

I made the best memories volunteering at the hostel! from family dinners, to snakes and ladders, boat parties and pub crawls and many other fun nights, I met amazing people and made friendships that feel like family to me. the whole place feels like family, and the only issue I found was never wanting to leave. shoutout to the insanely awesome staff!
