The Experience

We are looking for volunteers that are social and genuinely like meeting and talking with new people all the time. You will need to be a team-player and be prepared to work hard yet at the same time prepare to party and have a lot of fun. You'll be expected to do a variety of morning and evening shifts. Duties will include light cleaning, making beds, preparing hostel dinners, leading nights out and most importantly socializing with our guests.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hostel! I've met so many amazing people from all over the world. It was a whirlwind of a month with maybe a bit too much drinking but I wouldn't change a thing. I got sick after two weeks which sucked but staff were understanding and willing to change my schedule if needed. Some things that could be improved is that the staff dorms are quite small and it gets really hot in summer. You're also expected to sometimes help out and be sociable even when you're off which can be tiring. So keep in mind you have to be super extroverted! But I'd 100% recommend :)

One of the best experiences of my life, every day was super fun and the staff and other volunteers basically felt like having a family away from home ! Recommend this to anyone looking for a super social place, you will be meeting people and going out basically every day and getting very little sleep so take that into account! But if you immerse yourself in the hostel vibe you'll never forget it!
