I had an absolutely incredible time at the home & the home farm in the beautiful Northland! From the very beginning I felt like part of the family thanks to the warm welcome I received. Both the home & Colleen are very special people - kind-hearted and generous with endless stories of their eventful lives they are happy to share. Both are kind and patient teachers with an abundant knowledge in their respective fields. Work was very doable, the home food is amazing and I especially loved the gym sessions with the home. Thank you both for everything, I learned so much & will never forget the time spent here!

I spent three incredible weeks with the home Colleen, a warm, generous, and inspiring couple who made me feel like part of the family from the moment I arrived. I learned so much during my stay, from gardening, pruning and picking fruit to cooking, small building projects and exploring the local culture and nature. the home even taught me pétanque and rowing in his home gym! Their beautiful home, surrounded by sea views, animals and peaceful walks, felt like paradise. the home amazing cooking and our lovely table chats are memories I'll always treasure. Thank you both so much! 1000% recommend!!❤️

The home Colleen are very kind, patient, helpful and so interesting! I speak English badly but doesn't matter, I spent a lot of time with them and it was so cool! The work is not like a job but more like a help to them. This time to spend working in the kitchen, in the garden... was enjoyable. I like nature so much and it's a lovely place in rural landscape, we can see birds, ocean, cows, rabbit... It's a great memory. I went in a lot of beautifull places like Rainbowfalls, Whangerei, beaches, Kerikeri... with the home Colleen.

My experience was exceptional. From the very first moment, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. the home stood out for his kindness, sharing his life stories and knowledge, especially about his garden and pétanque. Colleen, always smiling, taught me valuable recipes, and we enjoyed moments together in the kitchen and during dinner. They also showed me beautiful hidden spots in the north of New Zealand, creating unforgettable memories. Thank you so much for everything!
