Yogurt by summer clancy port and rice sugar and spice, usually cinnamon everything nice we didn't get lice sawing stones, day in day out built the pillars, Donald was proud mortaring, not grout edifice, what is dis? tripped with my peanut m&ms feminine, me and my twinnems Sam you're the man Jim you're him Suzie you're very groovy Don you're number one in any cases, where are you sleeping? This experience was so amazing I felt like I could only get the point across with a poem. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive, I made so many new friendships and core memories, Thank you so much❤️

I had an amazing time, and everything went very smoothly. I definitely recommend OpusGothique to everyone who ask. especially as a first time volunteer i felt save and it is everything and more you can imagine. The team is amazing, food is always provided and the working hours are more than humanely. i will trying to come back, hope we meet again

I had a great time here! Beautiful location, cool team members, and really amazing vibe in general:) It was so inspiring to see people doing something they are so passionate about! To sum up, if you want to meet amazing people, learn few new things and travel around Burgundy- this is a perfect choice. Hope to stay in touch with everyone and see how building is going! Can't wait to celebrate the grand opening of finished edifice;)

I had the best time at the organization! I felt incredibly well looked after and nurtured. There was a great diversity of tasks that allowed me to do both hands on things and more cerebral, problem solving tasks. I loved bonding with the team - Sam, Donald, Suzi and Jim - and with my fellow volunteers. We had great opportunity to be a part of the local community as well. Not only would I recommend the experience, but I am determined to come back myself. A bientôt!

The experience of volunteering at the organization Gothic with Sam and Jim was incredible. Jim is the person who teaches us the daily work tasks, he is a very friendly, patient and cheerful person. Sam is the manager of the whole project, an incredible person with a beautiful life story and always concerned about our stay. I would definitely recommend this volunteer.

Having participated in this project is to know that I was doing something great and being part of the Russel family's dream project. In addition, it made me learn about buildings and architecture in the medieval Gothic style. The work is very interesting, Jim (the project manager) loves explaining the techniques used and he always respected the agreed working hours. Also, Sam (the host) is an incredible person and always made me feel at home. He also took the volunteers to go out on our free days and he always has great stories to tell about his life experiences.

The organization Gotique is an amazing experience. Sam is an excellent host, he's always making sure that we have everything we need. Susie was great as well, I had a really good time with all the activities she took us on. Jim is just great, he is a fantastic teacher. I learned a lot from him, from how to use power tools correctly to how to drive a tractor. I would recommend this experience to architects, architecture students, and anyone who enjoys building and learning. It extends your academic knowledge and tests your 3D spatial thinking by learning through doing the real job.

We were very well received. Sam listens and knows how to meet our needs. He even took us by car several times at our request!! Jim is an excellent site manager, he is very educational and always in a good mood!! And Suzi communicated her joy of living to us throughout the stay. We felt like we were in a small family for 2 weeks. We had a great stay surrounded by very inspiring people! Looking forward to coming back!!

It was a wonderful experience and I'm very happy that I participated to the organization project ! Sam and Jim are really nice and they were always attentive to me and my friends. It was my first time in this area of France and I found that the surrounding was very enjoyable (with a lot of cows) ! The amount of work was reasonable with tea time break when needed and we had a lot of free time (to go for a walk, to make a cake ...). I deeply recommend this experience !

This was one of my best experiences, Samuel and his team (Jim, Suzie, etc) were really careful, good teachers and inspiring people. I had a really good journey and I'm so happy that I contributed to this crazy project and to the happiness of these people and Donald the father of Sam! Their story is really inspiring and made myself open more. I really learned things on the construction site but also on life and people's crazy experiences! I was with two friends and we were very well received, the place is fantastic and the countryside really beautiful. We worked but it was also rejuvenating!
