The crew and ben are so lovely, I enjoyed my time and had a lot of fun with everyone. The work is pretty easy and the faster you work, the earlier you have your free time. The hostel is small and it is perfect to get in touch with a lot of travelers from all over the world. Ben took us on a day trip what was so much fun.

I would highly recommend volunteering here. i spent a month there and did not want to leave. this was the most home-like experience! so many areas to hang out. easy to interact/create friendships with other volunteers and guests.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I couldn't have asked for a better landing spot! The hostel is very clean and welcoming and daily tasks are simple and reasonable. Ben is very flexible and always happy to help his guests and volunteers :)

My experience was overall an amazing experience. I really appreciated how the work was exactly as advertised and the living conditions were very good. Ben was a fun and social boss. The people really made this experience for me and I would overall recommend it.

I have spent a month working with Ben at the hostel. He has taught me many housekeeping skills that will be valuable my whole life. The hours were respected and all the staff and the guests more than happy to bond and chat. I have really truly had a unique experience at PMB and would definitely recommend it to other the hostel.

It was a great experience to be able to connect with other travelers and get to talk about our shared experiences. Ben and Monsy where amazing hosts staying connected and ensuring proper communication. Any issues we had with other guests were addressed and resolved quickly! We loved the area and being able to adventure with Ben ! 10/10 recommend

The hostel is a great little hostel with heaps of charm and a chill , friendly vibe . Ben is a fantastic host and will help and guide you along the way. This easy going town is the perfect place to relax, slow down and enjoy the middle coast. I met great people and had a blast, Cheers guys!

It was my first time in Australia, my first city to see. I really enjoyed every second of it. the hostel Macquaire is a very beautiful and peaceful city to visit and live. The tasks are really easy and the rest of your time you can spend it as you wish, the city is really easy to walk, from the town centre to the beach. Ben is really nice and welcoming as for the girls I've met here; I feel very lucky to have shared this experience with them🍀
