Estamos localizados no recôncavo da Bahia. Terra do dendê, da cerâmica e da farinha. A cultura local é fantástica e poderá aproveita-la no fim de semana. Aqui encontra-se o maior centro cerâmico da America Latina, em Maragogipinho. Produzimos alimentos orgânicos certificados! Tem Mata Atlantica para fazer trilha e riacho pra se refrescar! Também te treino de capoeira angola 2x na semana! Agrofloresta em varios estágios desde 2009!

Voluntariar na Fazenda Caraípe com a Lua foi uma experiência indescritível. Foram duas semanas cheias de aprendizados e diversão. O trabalho foi super diversificado: plantamos sementes, manejamos os sistemas, colhemos cacau, açafrão, urucum… Luana é uma pessoa incrível, cheia de sabedoria e muito amigável. Trabalhamos juntos e até para Itacaré fomos, enfim, vivemos muitos momentos legais. Ela e toda família (tio Val, Juma, Rico, Beth e Gio) vão deixar muita saudade. Impossível descrever quão boa foram essas duas semanas. Muito obrigado a todos!

Um voluntariado pra ficar na memória! Lua e família são gente super do bem e acolhedores. adoramos participar dos trabalhos da fazenda, onde tudo é orgânico e ecológico. o quarto do voluntario é ótimo, privativo e organizado; o trampo é debaixo do sol, manejamos linhas de plantação, plantamos muitas sementes e colhemos muitas frutas locais. aprendemos tbm a beneficiar açaí! desde a colheita até a polpa, dia mágico! pena que não está rolando aula de capoeira no momento, mas valeu demais a experiência, esperamos retornar em breve! obg família!

Minha experiência na Fazenda foi muito boa. Aprendi sobre as linhas de agrofloresta, rastelei, tive bolhas nas mãos kkk, arranquei os matos das linhas e podei algumas plantinhas também. Ficamos (casal) num quarto bem gostoso com uma cozinha anexa. A tarde dia sim dia não treinávamos capoeira, melhor aula que já tive! Tem um rio pertinho que tem uma cachoeirinha deliciosa.

Al final me quedé solo unos días en la fazenda. Llegué con algunos miedos y no me sentía cómoda trabajando sola lejos. De las fotos esperaba también más voluntarios o + vida en común con la gente del lugar en caso de no estar otros voluntarios, como ocurrió en el voluntariado anterior que hice. Lua también tenía que salir fuera por trabajo bastantes días del periodo que yo estaba, entendible pero creo mejor hablarlo previamente. De todas formas quedé muy agradecida que cuando hable con ella de como me sentia me entendió perfectamente y me ayudo a encontrar otro lugar + acorde a lo que buscaba

A Fazenda Caraípe traz aos voluntários várias possibilidades de aprendizado, entre elas está: contato com a cultura local (práticas e conhecimentos tradicionais), observação das dinâmicas das florestas nativas ( que estão presentes no espaço) e conhecimentos de práticas agroflorestais através dos vários sistemas (com diferentes estágios e técnicas) implantados na Fazenda Caraípe. Vale ressaltar, também, que depois de conviver com todo o conhecimento prático e teórico dos anfitriões (Lua e Lucas) saímos com melhor visão sobre práticas agrícolas e entendimento de ecossistemas. Recomendo!!
