It was the most amazing experience ever! The tasks were simple, changes every day, what is amazing to provide more experience. I was invited to play basketball and paddle tenis with the family, and was amazing, I had so much fun! Pernille was perfect, so kind and lovely, she became my example as woman, mom, entrepreneur and house manager. I love her energy and her principles and loved to learn from her! I 100% recommend her and her family, we had our meals together and talked about a lot of things. They are kind and supportive. Thank you for the staying!

If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the place! It felt like a staycation while I was there. You get a lot of time to yourself after completing the tasks, which were just things you would normally do at home, like folding laundry, washing dishes, cleaning. All tasks were easy and straightforward, and Pernille gives you a list of things to do for the day which makes time management very easy. You can spend your free time going to the towns, visit the beach or train into Copenhagen! It makes a great first time volunteering experience!

I had a great time with the home family and do recomend this experience. If you're looking for a peacefull stay meanwhile you help with daily chores, get involve in the culture and practice your english, this opportunity is for you. All were super friendly with me, Pernille and Sven were there, always willing to help me or give me advice. The kids were in between of school and other activities, but got the chance to know them a little bit as well. Foxy is a lovely dog, enjoy going out for walk and recieve massages. Feel like home in here, thanks for everything and hope to see you all again 🫶✨

I stayed here for 2 weeks and this was my first experience with Worldpackers, I'm really glad I chose them because they are a great family! Super friendly and nice! I felt like at home. The tasks are very easy, mainly it's cooking and cleaning but everyday is different so you will not get bored. You also have a lot of free time so you can bike to the city or to the beach, take walks with Foxy or organise your day how you prefer! I'd recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try how is the life in Denmark. Hopefully i will see them again when i'll come back to Copenhagen :D

Eileen is so sweet. She is great at cooking chinese dishes and she is a quick learner. She is super clever and we enjoyed hearing about her studies and way of life in China. We hope to visit her some day in Oxford. She was so kind to invite us. All the best to you Eileen.

It was a really really nice experience. Task are simple, it's about doing the same things you would do in your own house. Such as cleaning and cooking, or walking the dog. Pernille took me to her yoga class and it was really cool and nice. I liked that Pernille is very very organized, it made me feel calm and I could follow through the task and the days. The kids were very respectful with me, Foxy the dog is so cute and Sven has a really lively spirit that I enjoyed while staying.

The home are a great, friendly and lovely family with a cute dog! I felt very welcomed in their home. I had a mix of daily tasks like cleaning and laundry, so I never got bored. While volunteering with them, I learned new skills like mowing grass. Also, I figured out that cooking can be fun. I learnt about Danish culture and also improved my English. I felt safe as a solo traveler there. Especially Pernille, the mom, was so helpful and supportive. Not far from their house is a lake and also a beach. I definitely recommend volunteering with them! They made my first volunteering special.

Emilia is such a fun and great soul. She was very open about her life as an influencer and about her life in Angola and Germany and we learned a lot about that. She was also super open to trying new things like cooking and we really enjoyed having her around. She is also a wiz to SoMe so she helped with that as well. She has a good energy around her and we can definitely recommend her.

The home were very welcoming and I enjoyed my time spent with them! The tasks were very straightforward - I was sometimes asked to redo certain tasks or do things in addition to what was listed for me at the beginning of the day, but this was always communicated clearly and respectfully

Jessica is an amazing young woman. She did all the tasks very well and she was very nice to have in the house. We learned a lot about Florida and Texas and she was a very good at exploring the local area and getting us fresh strawberries from the field nearby. We highly recommend her and wish her well in becoming a Doctor.

The experience from the home is nice and I am grateful for it. The Family is nice, welcoming, the tasks are clearly written, easy to follow. I loved to clean and cook, walk the dog and do small tasks new for the day. The room I got is very nice and you get the specific Danish atmosphere. The children are nice, the dog is funny and for sure loves to be walked. The house is very modern, kitchen , bathroom all nice. The nature around amazing, the city nearby great for small trips. Thankyou for a nice experience. Pernille, Sven, Isabella, Alex and Foxy. Hugs, Ileana
