Hours per week: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

Si eres una persona aventurera, guerrera, te gusta la selva y el mar, la naturaleza, conocer personas nuevas; te ofrecemos la oportunidad de vivir en uno de los parques naturales más exóticos y vírgenes de Colombia (PNN Bahía Málaga). Duerme en medio de la selva, en frente de la playa y el mar por mínimo 4 semanas y ayúdanos con tus habilidades a seguir construyendo este sueño.

The hostel is the perfect place to volunteer. It is a paradise considering nature, the people that work and visit and the delicious food. The work shifts always change, so you have the opportunity to participate in all their tours. Apart from that you can visit the village, explore beaches, do some paddling, see plankton and enjoy the quietness of this place. After a sometimes intense work day, I chilled in the hammock, went swimming, watched dolphins passing by or looked at the stars. I would definitely repeat my experience and I'm glad to have met all the amazing people that work here.

Mi experiencia en el voluntariado fue increíble. Es el lugar ideal si te quieres desconectar de la ciudad y sumergirte en la naturaleza. La mejor parte es poder conectar con las personas locales, los trabajadores te acogen con amabilidad y te hacen sentir como en casa. Tienes la oportunidad de conocer muchos lugares increíbles como cascadas, piscinas naturales y diferentes playas. Así como de maravillarte por la biodiversidad de flora y fauna. Tienes acceso fácil desde el hostal para ir a los pueblos y conocerlos. Me sentí muy feliz de haber podido realizar este voluntariado.

Llegué buscando desconexión... y encontré conexión en cada rincón: conmigo misma, con un paraíso escondido, con su gente cálida y su cultura viva. Me enamoré profundamente del entorno: la playa, el mar, las caminatas, el manglar, la selva, las quebradas, los animales... cada rincón tiene su magia. Las cocineras fueron personas maravillosas, siempre amables y con una sonrisa; y el manager, muy respetuoso y directo, lo cual hizo todo más fácil. El trabajo en sí es sencillo, siempre y cuando estés dispuesto a hacerlo con la mejor energía. El ambiente en general es increíble.
