Realizaremos múltiples camas de cultivo mejorando el suelo, sembrando diversas plantas comestibles, medicinales, conservadoras, florales, aromáticas, y mejoradoras de suelo. con el fin de conseguir nuestra soberanía alimentaria y hacer atractivo a los visitantes. esperamos del viajero su ayuda e intercambio cultural asi como sus aportaciones al proyecto. todo esto siempre cuidando el respeto entre todos los que formamos esta familia.

The experience at the farm was really nice, if you plan to have your own farm one day this is a good place where to improve your knowledge. It's also great for learning Spanish, the hosts are very pacient with the process. The food was super good and the portions were always very big. Muchas gracias Paola y Efrain!

Han sido tres meses bien aprovechados, aprendí como Efraín organiza y distribuye la gran diversidad de tareas distintas que hay que realizar en la granja, a la vez que pude dejar huella diseñando y ejecutando un bosque comestible que rodea la casita de voluntarios desde cero usando materiales reciclados de la propia granja, creando una zona demostrativa de distintas técnicas permaculturales de uso de biomasa. También fue hermoso tener la oportunidad de enseñar mi manera de entender la agricultura regenerativa y dirigir al resto de los voluntarios en labores que requerían de trabajo en equipo.

Excelente experiencia!!!! Es una hermosa finca llena de mucha vida, vegetación y animales, aprendí muchísimo sobre huertos orgánicos, siembra, cosecha y mantenimiento. Efraín y Paola son increíbles personas que no dudarán en apoyarte y hacerte sentir en casa, Efraín te comparte con paciencia información importante sobre permacultura y soberanía alimenticia, además de la historia de México, Paola sabe un montón de terapias homeopáticas y la infinidad de propiedades de las plantas medicinales, ambos te impresionarán con su gastronomía, un gran abrazo queridos amigos, un placer coincidir saludos!

Mi estancia en the project fue sencillamente una experiencia que cambió mi vida.Me voy lleno de alegría y momentos únicos. Efraín siempre dispuesto a contestar cualquier inquietud , cualquier pregunta por más simple que sea, hizo que mi total inexperiencia en permacultura y sostenibilidad se convirtiera en consciencia y compromiso con el medio ambiente. Paola siempre allí, con su invaluable ayuda frente a cualquier percance; además de su sabiduría sobre la consciencia de las plantas y su significado sagrado y curativo. ambos Paola y Efraín son unos increibles cocineros!!

Maravillosa experiencia con Efraín y Paola. Aprendí muchas cosas acerca de la cultura biológica : los mecanismos, los diferentes productos y como manejar una granja orgánica. La granja es también un lugar de compartir (acerca de todo) y es el lugar perfecto para aprender más acerca de la cultura Mexicana, Efraín es un "chef" cocinero y sabe hacer todos los platos mexicanos, saben igual un montón de cosas acerca de la cultura "inmaterial" del pais como la Historia y "el albur" por ejemplo. Con Paola descubrí el "poder" de las plantas y sus varias características. Recomiendo al 100 este lugar !
