Bem-vindo to Indiana Social club, uma casa de amigos esportistas, onde temos hospedagem, bar e escola de Kite. Procuramos gente legal com boa energia para nos ajudar a cozinhar, preparar o café ou drinks. Welcome to Indiana Social Club, a house for sporty friends where we offer accommodations, a bar, and a kite school. We’re looking for cool people with good energy to help us cook, prepare breakfast, help in basic clean task or make drinks.

I did social media for the hostel. Some tasks were adapted, and I also helped in other areas when needed. Working hours were respected, and even though we had different working styles, we always found a respectful balance. I really enjoyed my volunteer group and had a great experience in Cumbuco. Thank you, Luchi, for taking care of us. ❤️

I had a very nice experience at the hostel. The place is perfectly located by the beach, and the environment is cosy and chill. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It felt safe to stay there, and generally safe in Cumbuco. The work is well communicated and the working hours are flexible, which was very nice. I mostly helped out with the breakfast from 7-11 in the morning. There could be some work, but the time went fast and I got to the rest of the day. The only negative I want to say is that there's no surfboards to rent for free, as it says in the Worldpackers profile.

Mi experiencia de voluntariado en el hostel fue profundamente enriquecedora. Desde el primer día me sentí bienvenida y valorada, no solo como voluntaria, sino como persona. El ambiente fue cálido, y respetuoso. Tuve la oportunidad de ayudar con el desayuno, apoyando en la preparación y atención, y también de trabajar en el bar, lo que me permitió interactuar con huéspedes, mejorar mis habilidades y ganar experiencia en diferentes áreas. Durante este tiempo conocí personas maravillosas, compartí culturas y crecí tanto a nivel personal como humano. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar❤️‍

Fui voluntária na área de mídias sociais e minhas tarefas eram focadas em postar stories diariamente sobre o dia a dia do hostel e criar reels semanais voltados a engajamento das redes. Meu horário era muito flexível, o hostel é muito aberto a ideias, minha criatividade era muito estimulada. Consegui equilibrar meu trabalho com o voluntariado tranquilamente. O hostel é lindo, aconchegante! Consegui evoluir meu o hostel demais! A equipe é muito acolhedora, divertida e respeitosa, e a convivência com outras pessoas foi incrível. Recomendo muito a experiência!!!

Voluntariar no hostel foi ótimo! A área dos voluntários é bem estruturada, as tarefas e os horários são bem organizados e definidos, o que facilita muito o dia a dia. O trabalho foi bem tranquilo e tudo fluiu de forma leve e agradável. A cidade é segura e o hostel fica pertinho da praia. A equipe do hostel é acolhedora e atenciosa.
