I had a good time with my first worldpackers experience. Jenifer was lovely and if there was any issues you could go to her. The team were lovely and welcoming. The hours were great and not so hard too. I think some of the benefits could be communicated more as you would have to ask to know - such as a free surf lesson etc. I met some great people as well. I had a slight problem with one of the shifts and although it made me feel not so great and home-sick, Jenifer did listen to my concerns. Big thanks to Keven, Mirijam, Leticia and Orlando for being so lovely and welcoming :) Xx

I couldn't have asked for a better first volunteering experience! Jenifer was an amazing host! The tasks were clearly communicated before you arrive and everything was explained very well. The work hours were great and most of the time it didn't feel like work. I met so many amazing people at the hostel and volunteers. I had lots of free time to explore faro and go away for trips! A huge thankyou to Orlando who made my time so special! And to Jenifer, Kevin, Vera and mirijiam, working with them was always a pleasure! It was an unforgettable experience and have made friends for life :)

It was an amazing experience! The working hours where exactly like it was committed and you get the schedule 2 weeks before. The work was simple, no heavy task and really easy to understand. Also all the employees where so kind and really willing to help you out . You really never have to work alone and for you working ships you always get an onboarding where you'll learn everything. It's really super easy going. Everyone is so kind and sweet!! The hostel is in general super clean, super social and you'll have an amazing time!

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I'm glad I chose Tília Hostel for it. Everything was in accord to what was announced and discussed. I had a lot of fun hanging out with the other volunteers and interacting with guests that came from all over the world. The staff were very nice people to hang out with — many thanks to everyone for helping me have such a good time in Portugal! :)

Had an absolutely amazing time volunteering at the hostel. I worked the night shift and really enjoyed the schedule and the shift work wasn't bad at all. Faro is cute and there is stuff to do, but it's super easy to take a train or bus to the other cities which I did often. Enjoyed getting to know the hostel employees and the other volunteers a lot! Definitely would recommend.

Had an amazing month at the hostel, the hostel is laid-back, social and very clean ! The shifts are diverse and it allows you to learn a lot . Jennifer is very nice and organized and always ready to help if there's any problem ! Faro is also the perfect location to make day trips in the Algarve !

I could not have asked for a better first Worldpackers experience than the hostel! I met so many people and made so many memories! Jennifer is an amazing host and always checked in with the volunteers. The shifts are exactly as described and I felt very at ease while working. Faro is such a beautiful town and a perfect home base to explore the Algarve region. Thank you to Jennifer, Keven, Orlando, Mirjam, Vera, and Ale for making Faro feel like home! :) And of course to the volunteer team - I will miss you all so much❤️❤️
