I had a wonderful time at Silvia's. She was super helpful at every turn and communicated clearly and patiently in order to accommodate my level of Spanish! I learned loads about Silvia's heritage, rural Spanish culture, farming, and traditional cooking. Work on the farm includes caring for the goats, working the vegetable patch, building a stone wall - and in the summer olive harvesting.I stayed in really comfortable accommodation, ate well, and had plenty of free time to explore the local area, which is truly stunning. Highly recommend.

My experience at the farm was truly incredible! Silvia was so kind and i felt welcomed right away. My spanish wasn't very good but she was very patient and explained things slowly so i could understand. The tasks were very mellow and i really enjoyed learning about how to maintain a self sustainable farm and the different Spanish customs. It was a beautiful town with a few gorgeous trails and the accommodation was right at the center of town which was really nice. I would definitely recommend going to anyone considering it!

I loved the time I've spent with Silvia, Paco and Carla. They are truly lovely people. Thanks to Silvia I felt immersed in the local traditions, she cooks delicious local food and shares stories about the region. Also she cares about the volunteers and she looks after them. Letur is a beautiful town, there are lots of excursions to do. The job is different every day, mainly handyman things but also in the vegetables garden and a bit with the goats. The hours were always respected. I also got to learn a bit of Spanish Just a note for other travellers, there is no WiFi Thank you the farm ❤️

I had the best time possible at Silvia's finca. Silvia, Paco and Silvia's daughter are such amazing people and I immediately felt at home. The work I did was interesting and they always paid attention it wasn't exhausting. The surrounding is magical, there are lots of waterfalls and everyone in the town Letur is extremely warm-hearted. I ate amazing food, learned a lot about the culture and language and just profited from the amazing nature. I would always go back to this place, thank you so so much!!

This was my first Worldpackers experience and although it was not too long, I had a lot of fun and learned a lot. I'm very grateful that Silvia gave me the opportunity to get to know her and learn from her life in the fields. She was always extremely kind and patient. Also, she spoke Spanish slowly so that I could understand her easier. My Spanish was probably not the best but Silvia never put pressure on me. The village Letur itself is also quite charming. The landscape is incredible, more so in summer I can imagine. There is a lot of nature and hiking options. Gracias Silvia y también Corné!
