My experience here was awesome! The job is not difficult and hours and days agreed are respected. Anjia and Mia are great people and they always help you for everything you may need. Good vibe and atmosphere, also thanks to all the others volunteers. I definitely recommend this hostel, in particular for Spanish speaker😅

This was my first volunteer experience and it couldn't have been better! Anja and Mia were perfect hosts and the hostel felt like a home away from home. Everyone was so friendly and there were lots of other volunteers to help you settle in and welcome you. The work was easy and left you with plenty of free time to explore Zagreb or take day trips to other areas in Croatia. I wouldn't hesitate about coming back here again and I couldn't recommend this hostel more. A huge thank you to Anja, Mia and the friends I made for making this experience so great. :)

My stay at the hostel was SO great! Both Anja and Mia are amazing owners and managers of tasks. The tasks are very fair, often finishing everything before the 4 hour mark. The staff dorms are very comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Zagreb itself is a wonderful city- I really had no expectations of what it would be like and it ended up being one of my favorite cities for its music scene, nearby nature and the nearby cat cafe. The only downside for some might be that it's about 15 minutes from the city center- but for me this was perfect and the tram stop 2 mins walk!

My experience in the hostel was awesome since the beginning I felt like I was in my home. Volunteers, guests, Mia, Martina and Anja were so kind with me and I'm so glad with everybody. I had a lot of memories, I stayed for 2 months and I want to come back in few months eventually. Thanks for everything, I carry in my heart all those wonderful moments.

It was not as expected, working 32 hours a week for a bed and a "breakfast" it's not fair for any volunteer...come on! it is almost a full time job, something that wasn't discuss with me and I was not aware of was the huge amount of tasks I was going to be in charge of..I got the receptionist position but on top of the receptionist tasks, I was also in charge of washing, drying and folding all the bed linen of the hostel by myself (non stop the 8 hours) plus keeping the kitchen clean and organized because a lot of people there eat and don't wash their dishes so Yes you need to wash for them.

It's a good place to meet other volunteers since the hostel has a few of them. I've done reception, which is 8 hours shifts, sometimes gets really busy and you are the only one there. The good part is that you usually have 3 days free in a row, so you can travel away from Zagreb.

Anja, Mia and Eva are really kind. Just keep in mind if you apply for a receptionist role evening or night, you are responsible for all of the laundry for the beds as well are guest and volunteers clothes. It does get a bit exhausting.

The job was rather easy and the bedroom was cozy. The hostel is close to the center and the bus station.

It was a great experience. The hostel is in the center of the city and a good place to take the bus to the coast.

My experience in the hostel was nice!! The work was easy and just a couple hours per day, and the days off respected!! The other volunteers and the guests always nice and the room is really nice as well!! Zagreb is not a city with a lot of things to do, but you can enjoy it!!
