I had a lovely time at the the eco village village village! the hosts are very welcoming and lovely; they taught me a lot about hinduism and indigenous stories from the region. it's a great place to connect with nature, learn more about the practice of yoga, and bond with the people that live there. most people there were colombian, so it was also a great place to learn more about the country :)

The the eco village village village is a peaceful and beautiful place surrounded by nature. Everybody I met was welcoming and kind and the work was easy and fun, centering around garden tasks. This place is recommended for those who appreciate daily spiritual practices and devotion and a communal way of living.

The experience at the the eco village village village was mixed for me. The hosts are inviting, patient and so very kind. We got to learn about local routes, traditions, and history. I stayed over Christmas and new years, which lead to a more ceremonial experience as opposed to festive, which was enjoyable in its own right. I originally booked for 3.5 weeks, but left after 2. My spanish is pretty good, but none of the locals speak any English, and the language barrier became a burden over time. Additionally, the strong beliefs were pushed much more heavily than I felt comfortable with. Either way I'm still grateful!TYVM

The the eco village village village really is a special, magical place. I loved the people, the nature, the dogs, the food (and the magoes lol.) If you enjoy being in the nature, tasks around repairing a house and learning about Hinduism and yoga this is the place!! Definitely recommend :)
