I had sooooo much fun in Ticheville!! It was my first volunteering experience and it was undoubtedly a memorable one. I loved staying in the countryside, life is so much more relaxing, and lots of things to do, lovely walks, animals everywhere, the lovely priscilla (best cat to exist), a lot of cooking and experiencing the home cuisine, a nice way to do new recipes and have fun trying new things! Debbie looked after us extremely well, she introduced us to life in France and taught us about gardening. I honestly couldn't be happier for having experienced this :)

We had a lovely time in Ticheville. We spent a month there, had a house to ourselves with the best cat in the world! The jobs were engaging and rewarding, with lots of variety. Debbie our host was fantastic, she picked us and dropped us to the train station, showed us around the area on day trips, and was always attentive. Being in nature is something I adore and I couldn't have asked for more. I would happily go back again :)

Our experience at Ticheville was a wonderful adventure. Cyn and I were able to do different things we never would have done had we not been there. The assignments were simple, and everything said in the application was always respected. Debbie and Daniel are wonderful people, very kind, respectful, and attentive. The place is in the middle of nowhere, so you can connect with yourself and with nature as you hear the birds singing, the flowers growing, and the sun setting in the afternoon (if the weather is good). Overall, I highly recommend this experience. Thanks a lot Dan & Debbie

Daniel and Debbie welcomed us into their lovely countryside home in Ticheville. We cared for the home, chickens, and their cat Priscilla with simple task. Living in a the home pushed us to be creative with food and it was delicious at the end of the day. The days were calm and simple, filled with nature, fresh air, and meaningful work. A perfect place to disconnect from the city and reconnect with nature, considerate that Ticheville its a bit far from town. We did things we probably never would've done otherwise. Once again, big thanks to Daniel and Debbie for the opportunity.

Our time volunteering in Ticheville was so wonderful! Debbie is just an absolute angel and we had so much fun with her, the best conversations and she also taught us so many new things. Daniel was also an amazing host, always doing our weekly grocery shopping and trying to do everything in his power to make it as nice as possible for us :) The work was really great and mostly done in the beautiful big the home! During our stay we always had company of two really cute cats that were always down for some cuddles. I will forever be grateful the experience and the memories I have made here!
