For this opportunity it is absolutely a requirement to speak Portuguese or otherwise you will not be able to interact with the team or the guests correctly. We really struggled with that aspect. Nevertheless the team welcomed us very friendly and they tried to make the stay a positive experience for us. Thanks for having us.

Es la primera vez que realizo voluntariado, y que mejor que empezar en la Posada con gente tan buena como Ana Paula, Katia, Selma, siempre haciéndome sentir como en casa, son muy amables. Las tareas se respetan tal cual dice y la isla es muy tranquilo. Sin dudas un lugar para recomendar!

Hermosa experiencia, agradecida con todos los que trabajan ahi Katia, Flávio, Luciana, Selma y Ana Paula. Me hicieron sentir bienvenida desde el minuto 0. Se esfuerzan por hacerte sentir cómoda y en casa. Las tareas son super sencillas, pude aprender a trabajar en recepcion y en la cocina, además de mejorar mi portugués y conectar con otras formas de hacer las cosas y ver la vida. Prazer conhecerlos e compartir com vocês essa experiência, só boas lembranças.

Mi paso por la posada fue hermoso. Si bien es lejos del centro de Río,la Isla es un lugar súper seguro y cálido.El equipo de trabajo de la posada te hace sentir como en casa, las tareas son sencillas y pude aprender portugués y practicar mi ingles.Pero lo que más destaco es la calidez humana de todos, Katia y Ana Paula son grandes personas, que te cuidan y acompañan en toda la estadía. Los horarios de trabajo son buenos para poder visitar toda la ciudad y también son flexibles con los cambios. Obrigado por me acolher como mais um na familia, vou sentir saudades, um abração enorme!

Erste WP Erfahrung. Schönes Hotel mit netten Mitarbeitern. Leider gab es durch die Sprachbarrieren ein paar Kommunikationsprobleme, die uns einiges erschwert haben. Ich bin mir aber sicher, dss wenn man die Sprache beherrscht es ein sehr tolle und großartige Erfahrung ist. Zum Ort noch, man ist auf einer Halbinsel der Strand ist ok aber nicht zum Baden geeignet, man kann aber dort gut Sport machen und direkt am Strand finden sich sehr viele Lokale und man kann gut essen und trinken. Zum Zentrum von RJ braucht man aber mit Bus und oder Metro, fast zwei Stunden.
