My experience in the inn was excellent. It was my first volunteer experience and it went out great, the place is nice and chill, has an amazing view from the main area. The tasks were simple, mostly I had morning shifts when I could enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Even though the team of Pousada speaks only Portuguese, we didn't have any problems to communicate. My questions and requests were totally heard and satisfied that I appreciate it. I would like to recommend the inn to anyone who wants to travel to Rio and have good volunteer experience! Thanks!

For this opportunity it is absolutely a requirement to speak Portuguese or otherwise you will not be able to interact with the team or the guests correctly. We really struggled with that aspect. Nevertheless the team welcomed us very friendly and they tried to make the stay a positive experience for us. Thanks for having us.

Este fue mi primer voluntariado y pude aprender el trabajo en recepción. Algo a destacar es que todo el personal es muy gentil desde el momento cero, cosa que te hace sentir a gusto. Las tareas y horarios son acordados con tiempo y no es un trabajo pesado. Ana paula es una persona flexible y con una escucha activa para resolver cualquier inconveniente o duda. En cuanto a la ubicación ilha do governador es muy seguro y tranquilo, a metros está praia da bica que tiene una linda costanera para hacer ejercicio, ver el atardecer y barcitos para disfrutar a la noche. Sin dudas volvería. Recomiendo
