The hostel is very nice and the location it's a must. Although you only get breakfast as a meal and you sleep in a guest bedroom and you constantly have to change beds, so you don't have your own space. There are only two volunteers at the same time so you can't have the same days off with them, which is harder to connect. Also the relationship with the owner and the other employees feels more like a boss-employee relationship instead than a family, it feels more like a job rather than a community. Also the work hours aren't very clear and there is some things lost in communication.

I really enjoyed my experience at the hostel: the place is very cosy and you will feel at home very quickly. Although you have to share a room with other travellers, the atmosphere is so nice there that you will feel more like in a giant international flatshare rather than in a hostel. The tasks are simple and as long as you communicate with the team, you can go out and enjoy Bologna. I could improve my italian and refresh my english. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone who want to meet travellers in a respectful and friendly atmosphere. Go go go to the hostel !

The hostel it was like home, I really enjoyed a lot there, Caterina makes you feel like at home and she is really nice and friendly, the tasks are really easy and you have a lot of time to enjoy Bologna, definitely one of my favourites hostels where I've been volunteering, I hope to come back.

I can't say enough good things about Caterina, Tancredi and Nosidillo hostel. My stay was very comfortable and easy going and Bologna so quickly felt like home! My time was very much respected and it was so easy to explore the city, and neighboring cities on days off (Venice, verona, Modena, Parma). I made some life long friends with the other volunteers and just am so grateful for my month spent at Nosidillo!!

Staying for a month in the hostel gave me a lot. I met tons of people, made great friends with the people from the staff and the guests. It was also incredibly fulfilling to serve the guests, making them feel at home and leading in different activities throughout the city on the night time I had some challenging experiences while dealing with some difficult guests, but I'm extremely grateful for this. It made me understand a lot more about working on a team, business mindset and conveying information in a clear and impartial way If you want to have an enriching time, don't miss this one!

It was amazing! The best first experience to have with worldpackers and if you have never been to a hostel like me. The people were kind, caring, respectful and fun. The hostel is beautiful. Tancredi (Manager) is an angel and Caterina (The owner/ Manager) is a lovely and exellent businesswoman who has made the hostel the best Hostel in Bologna. Augustin and Maite (fellow volunteers) were the best company I could ask for. I wish them all, all the best and can't wait to see them again.

My experience in the hostel was amazing, I felt like at home, I really could enjoy with the staff and volunteers in the Italian culture and I practiced a lot my italian. It is also a good opportunity to meet guests from very near, because the hostel is cozy and small. The tasks are not at all heavy and are enjoyable. Bologna is also a wonderfull place for going out and hanging around. Thanks a lot to everybody the hostel :)!!!

Volunteering in the hostel was one of the best experiences that I had in my life. The hostel it very cozy and Caterina e Tancredi are very kind and friendly so I felt like if I was at home. The work is easy and flexible and it was a great opportunity to practice and improve my English, Italian and French meeting people from all over the world. The hostel is located in the center of Bologna, which is a gorgeous city, and also Bologna is near to a lot of wonderful cities, I had the chance to go to Florence, Venice, Pisa, Verona and Roma on my days off. Grazie mille per tutto the hostel ❤️

It was the best experience ever! The hostel is very near the city center so I could visit all the amazing places Bologna has to offer just by foot, Caterina and Tancredi make sure you feel like home and you will feel very comfortable at the hostel. In your free days you will have the chance to go to nearby cities like Venecia, Verona, Florence, Milano, etc. I super recommend this experience, grazie mille the hostel ❤️

I stayed at the hostel for 4 weeks and as my first experience as volunteer I would say it was an incredible experience. I met many people from all around the world. I recommend for those who wanna practice languages, I could improve my English and also Italian, I really enjoyed. The work was not difficult and we had flexibility about tasks and time. I had a lot of free time to go out and walk around in Bologna. I would like to say thank you to Caterina, Tancredi, Diego e Mirza, I have learn a lot with them and I have spent good times at the hostel.
