First thing to say is that I'll cherish this experience FOREVER. Tasks to do are more than reasonable, free time more than enough, warmthness in the hostel is endless - for the place itself and thanks to Caterina and Sara. I've gotten to improve my italian a lot, thanks to them and also got to share many 'colaziones and pranzos'. The vibe is always great with the volunteers as well, I'm coming back home with many new friends :) If you're willing to help, meet new people…I think you shouldn't skip Bologna (great city) and the hostel. I'll always be thankful for this experience!

Thanks a lot to Caterina and especially to Sara for the wonderful time at the hostel! I really had a lot of fun, got to meet many amazing people and definitely grew from this experience. In just three weeks I was able to collect some truly great memories and I'm absolutely grateful for that. It was also a huge pleasure to get to know the other volunteers! The tasks at the hostel can sometimes take a bit of time but they are easy to learn and quick to pick up. Overall, there's always a warm and friendly atmosphere, which is why I can really recommend the experience at the hostel to everyone!

I had a fantastic experience volunteering at the hostel in Bologna! From the start, Sara and Caterina were awesome to work with, super supportive, friendly and fun, which made the experience even better. The hostel itself has a cosy vibe and is in a great location, just a short walk from the city centre, making it really easy to explore all that Bologna has to offer. I'm grateful for the time I spent here and would definitely recommend the hostel to anyone looking for a memorable volunteering experience in Bologna!

I loved spending time at the hostel, and wish I could've stayed more! The hostel is 10 minutes away from the main Piazza, it's a great location, and the city is amazing, full of life! I fell in love with Bologna! The job included preparing breakfast, keeping everything tidy, and some reception work. It requires a little bit of handwork, but it's really easy. Caterina is a calm and helpful person. Sara is great! She taught me everything (when I started, Caterina was on vacation), and we spent some time together. She is always there to support, is very attentive, and willing. Will miss you!

My volunteer in the hostel was amazing!! the work was very simple and straightforward, the host (caterina) and everyone who worked there are very nice and friendly! the hostel is pretty close to the main square of the city, so going around was very easy and the night life is incredible! overall, the environment of the hostel is amazing and i'd definitely recommend working in the hostel! thank you caterina and sara for the amazing stay!

My time at the hostel was unfortunately short, only 15 days. But I would have liked to have stayed longer. The staff (Sara and Caterina) are incredible people who are willing to help with whatever is needed. The volunteers were a lot of fun and on some occasions we went out to some bars together which was a fantastic experience. The work is very relaxed and fair, and the city is incredible. I had the opportunity to be in Bologna at the same time as the film festival so the city was incredible with films every day in the open air. I really recommend this experience and I am glad I participat

I had a lovely time volunteering at the hostel. The hostel has a calm, cozy vibe that makes you feel at home, Caterina (owner) is in every detail. It's a good place if you enjoy a balance of social time and quiet moments, perfect for meeting people from all over the world and enjoying Bologna from a local perspective. Tasks are clear and you can arrange your schedule with the other volunteer. Sara (receptionist) is also fantastic. Thanks for everything 🌿✨

Caterina and Sara(the receptionist:)) were very welcoming. The hours and tasks were the exactly what was told. Communication was easy and Caterina clearly wants the best for the hostel and is super open to new ideas :) We could share the shifts as we wanted with the other volunteer (as long as one of us is doing the shift of course). So as a short version, thank you for the great team and I had a lot of fun in here. Would recommend<3

I had a wonderful experience at the hostel, Caterina and Sara are both really kind and supportive, it was a real pleasure to work with them! Working hours were correct, you manage your own schedule which is appreciated. I had plenty of Time to discover Bologna by myself but also with Sara who's always down to show you around :))) The only thing I would improve is a bit more communication regarding some infos which were not directly delivered to me, but that's not a big deal :)))

I had a great time at the hostel! The hostel is cute and cozy, not a party hostel but definitely a social place. Volunteer tasks and responsibilities were clear and well explained when I arrived and are uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend for someone who's organised, reliable and social (and enjoys tasty Bolognese food). Thanks Caterina and Sara!
