The hostel chain offers a great hostel experience, allowing travellers to meet people and travel all over the Tenerife. The staff is generally really welcoming, hikes are free for volunteers and it's easy to organize activities with guests and other volunteers. Totally recommend.

I don't recommend this experience. German and Pedro own 4 hostels in Tenerife. When I got my interview, Pedro let me choose where I wanted to go. I chose the hostel. He didn't tell the manager I was coming so for 1 week I didn't have a proper bed nor a place to put my stuff and I needed to change room every 1 or 2 days. After that, because I wasn't fluent in spanish, which Pedro was aware of, I was told that I had to go to another hostel. When I asked for some time to think about it, I was told that I didn't have a choice. If I refused to go somewhere else, I would have to pack my stuff and leave.

I really enjoyed working in a the hostel Family <3 This time was unbelievable. The hostel is wonderful, people are very nice. I will definetelly come back!
