The Experience

Imagine the joy of bringing smiles to children who need it the most. In our community, many families struggle with low incomes, and children often live in small, crowded spaces with little access to quality education or fun learning experiences. But you can help change that! Volunteer to teach English, introduce basic computer skills, help with homework, and most importantly—bring love, laughter, and joy into their lives.

Sujan and his family are very friendly. You feel at home pretty quickly. Expect to eat dahl bhat, the typical meal, at every meal but done differently. Children are really interesting if u have motivation to make sense in our activitites. They are very endearing and behave very well. As for the farm, it's 30m2, it's like a garden. Finally, in the "what you get" part, it's not exactly the reality on 2 points: if you want to go on an excursion with Sujan, you have to pay extra, and there is no "Free party" as mentioned. Thank you for the accommodation too, I got good memories of the family/kids

Ahhh what an incredible experience! Sujan and his family were so incredible! They were extremely welcoming and kind. The Volunteering was amazing, the children are such a joy to be around. We had so much fun, from singing songs to playing ball games to learning English it really was such a great time. You can really have a sense of belonging. It was so nice to be part of the community because it truly did feel like you were part of one. Highly recommend this project! It's a beautiful one.

Wow, what an experience. Sujan, Nesa, Usha & his wonderful mother and father all welcomed me into their beautiful home. The kindest family & all round best experience. From learning Nepali cooking to farming to so many cultural learning opportunities, this experience has grew my love for the organization even more. Each member of the family brings their own character and valuable knowledge. Each afternoon was truly a gift, playing & teaching local children, whose relationship with the family shines through - the children adore them. I am beyond grateful to have been a part of this experience & inspired.
