For many years we have been one of Ecuador's most fun, friendly backpacker hostels. We have spectacular views from our rooftop terrace/restaurant/bar, making it a great place to volunteer, improve your Spanish, get to know the locals, meet loads of other fun travelers or just chill-out watching the sunset over the historic Old Town. Staying at the hostel in Quito was the absolute best experience I could have asked for. The place has a gorgeous view, the rooms are cozy, the food is amazing, and the people are the best - both the volunteers and the staff. I felt so welcomed by everyone, and I know I made so many friends. This place is also great for getting to know international travelers - the hostel is always full with people from all over the world. The only thing, is that the job description here says bartending, but the position is mostly waitering - which, for me, wasn't a problem at all. The hours are great!

I applied for only 2 weeks but I am definitely staying longer. The work is easy, the people are so nice and the food is amazing. In this hostel you meet a lot of other travelers so you never get bored. It's an amazing hostel I would totally recommend:))

This was a great experience. The team at the hostel is super warm and welcoming. The hostel is always busy will fellow travelers, and working in the restaurant made it easy to get to know many of them. The living space was a little tight, and I wouldn't advise this experience if you really like your privacy/personal space. That being said, the other workers you end up sharing a room with are great people, and the close proximity makes the experience more intimate.

Pasé una buena experiencia como voluntaria en el hostel. Se recomienda una estancia mínima de 20 días, lo que facilita la organización del trabajo y permite dos días de descanso para explorar la ciudad o hacer excursiones. Recomiendo las que organiza la agencia del primer piso. Te proporcionan una habitación compartida y espaciosa, además de dos comidas diarias. El personal es amable y, como extra, ofrecen clases de inglés y salsa. Recomiendo venir al hostel, un lugar ideal para conocer gente de todo el mundo y compartir buenas conversaciones.
