The Experience
Volunteers work in shifts (including weekends) with two days off per week, helping with breakfast, housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and more. Tasks include making beds, dishwashing, running errands, and serving food. For meals, volunteers prepare lunch and dinner together, while the hostel provides fresh, seasonal Danish ingredients for cooking. 🍽️✨

I've had such a great time in the hostel. Mili and the whole team welcomed me very warmly and I truly felt like home. There was a clear communication within the staff and a healthy work environment (the timetable was respected, the manager was present). The group of volunteers was also exceptional one <3 Even if I did not speak Spanish, I've ended up learning a lot with all the people here. Thanks a lot for giving me this opportunity ! I'll not hesitate to come back again.

It has been a great experience, I met awesome ppl from everywhere, got envolved in everyones culture and learns some words from everyones language, also I never got bored cuz we always had plans to do, I recommend this place a 100%

Hii, my experience at the hostel was amazing, everyone was really welcoming and amazing to me!! The hostel it's good and the food too, the receptionist and manager are always there to help and are very understanding, the work it's good too! Thank you so much for having me!!

My stay at the hostel in Aarhus has been amazing!I've enjoyed the great team spirit with other volunteers and the good relationship with the permanent staff. The hostel is very well located in the hostel and it's very easy to go outside Aarhus thanks to a great bus and train network. The volunteers' dorm and facilities are nice and clean. Overall, I've had a great time there ! 🫶
