It was my first experience as a volunteer and it helped me a lot to improve my English and learn new things. Mr Richard and his family were kind and patient with me to explain the different tasks. I also had the opportunity to try foods, drinks and meet local people and people from other parts of the world. The place is very quiet which is perfect to connect with nature. Thank you very much for everything!

The experience at Strathcarron was so good that I decided to extend my stay. I have never been in such a beautiful place, full of nature and tranquillity. The tasks are easy and the team is very good. I appreciate the flexibility I had, the good treatment and the company. The place where you stay is a room with its own bathroom and this is something that not all volunteers have, I really appreciate it.I take with me the best memories of this place, deeply grateful to have had this opportunity, I hope one day to come back, I will miss you all very much ♡

I had the best experience at the hotel! The host and family were such lovely people and really looked out for me. I learned a lot in my time there and I wish I could've spent longer there. This was definitely an experience I could recommend to everyone if you want to experience Scotland. The location is beautiful and has good access to all kinds of mountains and nature and the work was not hard at all. The best part of the experience was really the people though. Thank you Richard for the best experience.

It's even hard to find words to describe what my experience in Strathcarron was. Mr Richard, Mrs Becca and family were very welcoming from the first contact. The place is beautiful, the accommodation space is very comfortable, the daily activities are easy and you can develop new skills. They are always concerned about how you are doing, helping you with all stuff and also to improve your english. I really felt at home, away from home. Thank you so much! I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to live the incredible experience of being in the highlands with very special people.🥰
