The Experience

Hello! We need help from Monday to Friday, around 5 hours/day (we usually start at 9 am and we stop at 2 pm), then we have lunch together. The tasks are different depending on the time of the year: pruning the olives in March, harvesting in November, but gardening all year! Some construction work, under supervision - of course. You can learn to work with wood or metal if you like :) We always cook together, so bring your best recipes!

I had so much fun on the finka, Annette is full of knowledge and interesting conversations and Chris as well plus he's a wonderful cook! The area is absolutely beautiful so be sure to take the bike out and explore the mountains. Be ready to work and be pretty isolated though!

We were really pleased to be at Finca los taraioles, everything was as we were expecting 😀 The location is nice and well prepared, tasks are different, you never get bored, food is very good, especially the egg's made by happy chickens which Annette takes care every single moment, you can see a connection between them 😀 Chris is very friendly and a nice person to speak with, furthermore he is a special cooker 😉 Even the cats are so lovely, we really thank you guys!!

The work is various so you never get bored and the place is really beautiful between the mountains. Chris is an amazing cooker and Annette is the best yoga teacher you could ever ask for! This was our first experience with Worldpackers and it was really great! There is always something to do but the work is never too hard. Chris and Annette are truly special people, they make you feel at home from the first time you get there. Chris is an amazing cooker and Annette introduced us to the “yoga's world” (in a magnificent way). It was all perfect! :)
