Seán is an attentive host. He always makes jokes and cares about your well-being. It was my first time as a volunteer and I don't think it could have been better! If you are looking for a beautiful, calm place where you can connect with nature, this is the ideal experience. If you are a digital nomad or like to be online all the time, you may have problems with your internet connection. Regardless, enjoy!

The guest house is an amazing place to be. You will connect with nature and enjoy it. You can walk or bike anywhere in the island and it is really worth it. Sean is a nice host and provides all you need to have a comfort stay. Tasks are easily done, it's important to be in a good vibe if you're asked to change tasks at the moment. I had the best time and all was well. I learned a lot and wish to have spent more time there. Beware that phone data and WiFi may not work properly due to the location. I truly recommend this experience.

The location was amazing, so much to see and do, it was a bit hard to get to the store but the kitchen was always stocked. Sean was very welcoming and open, tasks were straightforward and everyone worked together.

It has been a pleasant experience. Sean offers a very comfortable and quiet area for the volunteers to stay, and we were also able to enjoy the lodge and use the kitchen at our convenience. The island's surroundings are beautiful, and you can explore with the bikes Sean offers. I felt comfortable doing the tasks at the lodge; The first day in the kitchen can be stressful, but you gradually gain confidence and organizational skills. Halfway through my stay, the departure of the person assisting Sean caused some stress, but overall, I enjoyed the experience. Thanks, Sean and my new friends

It has been a positive experience. Sean provided us with good cozy accommodation and he was generous in responding to our requests. The working hours were as agreed. However, halfway through our stay, with manager's departure, the experience turned somewhat bitter for the volunteers, and we also ended up working extra time out of solidarity with one another. Other than that, it was an enriching experience, having participated in every task and learning how a lodge is managed. It was also a great opportunity to explore Inishmore. Thank you, Sean, and thanks to the team of volunteers!

The guest house is a beautiful place in a beautiful island! The meals and accommodation are great. Unfortunately, I didn't get along with the host. He asked me to leave on my first day because, according to him, the work couldn't be done with crutches, which I had because I'm healing from a foot injury. While I looked for another place, I did all the work needed with no problem 🤷‍♀️ I understand that I hadn't warned him, but that was only because I knew I'd be able to do the tasks, as I did. Besides the ableism, he was very respectful all the time and was friendly to the other volunteers.

It is my belief that a broken leg needs time to heal and regrettably, doing chores with us with a broken leg would not be the right medicine. Kind regards, Seán.

I had such a great time on this experience. Sean is knowledgeable, kind, and wants you to have the best time whilst on the island. He trust you and values your opinion and judgement in the work you do. The work is about 4-5 hours a day but Sean is flexible depending on your needs. The island itself is stunning and you really do need a month to explore it!

My experience at the guest house was great. Sean was always very generous and when I arrived he and the other volunteers held meetings to distribute the weekly work. My room was very comfortable and I felt at home. The job is easy to learn. I learned how to make Irish breakfast and saw beautiful places on the island. The nature here is fantastic. Some days we have more work than others. It largely depends on the number of guests. I just have to thank Sean for this experience. I would like to go back someday.
