Great place to relax!

Straightforward work with very chill working hours which gives you more than enough time to explore Beppu, as well as surrounding cities. All the staff and volunteers were very friendly so making friends wasn't an issue at all. It's also in a convenient location, with only a 5 min walk to the station, as well as other entertainments nearby! I would definitely recommend checking out some of the amazing the hostel's whilst you're here!

Beppu it's a small city it's a good place to rest and relax. You will have a lot of time to discover around or do any activity you like to do. The members of the stuff are friendly and respectful and the task are very simple, I enjoyed my time there.

It was very nice and relaxed volunteering experience. Work is not very hard and you have a lot of time to explore surroundings! Both stuff were very nice and everytime gave me great recommodations. In addition you can meet many guest, locals and foreigners. And the social club in a pub once in a week was top! :)

The work was very easy and left lots of time for exploring. All the other workers were super friendly and we made friends with them as well as other guests. Great spot for local experiences!

I had a wonderful time. Work is simple and easy, hours are minimal with plenty of days off giving you lots of spare time to explore Beppu and surrounding areas. Nice and helpful staff. A great experience.

I spent 2 weeks in Hamayu Nagi and it was my first work experience! It was soo good. The managers were amazing and helpful and I made amazing friendships with my coworkers. I miss my beppu family but i'm sure anyone would love them just as much.

My experience here was amazing! I loved staying in beppu for a month and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The other workers are amazing as well and I made some great friendships. The work is easy and straightforward leaving you plenty of time to explore around.

I had a great time during my stay a this hostel! Work was super easy and you only worked a few hours a week which gives you a lot of free time to explore the town. The two managers we really nice and helpful if you had any questions:) The best part was all the new friends I got:) The other volunteer staff from around the world were so nice and we used to hang out, go out for dinner or explore the town together. Beppu is a great town if you love nature! You can do lots of hikes in the area, explore small villages around Beppu try different onsens, go fo r a bike ride or go to the beach:)
