Was ok, the village is very calm. The tasks are help in a professional kitchen (what can be very hard since most of the staff don't have that kind of training) and cleans the rooms. Have a lot rules like don't cook between 11 a.m and 8p.m, dinner just after 8pm and we need leave everything clean and without make any noise till 10pm. Also the volunteers can not use a few doors and cannot have a break for lunch since is just 5 hours a day to work. Is a diferent place to volunteer because is not a hostel, but a b&b só the tasks are diferent and I (personally) didn't have that much fun.

Sadly, this volunteer was very disappointing and not able to respond in a positive way to our other volunteers, staff and owners - and they are all really disappointed with her review. As you can see from the other reviews, the detail is this review is not true. This volunteer was not able to work with the team, which was really disappointing, as we have had over 400 volunteers who have been really helpful and great to work with. The volunteer had to leave early because of the Coronavirus, but left her room in a disgusting condition, which is unacceptable because other people had to clean up after her. She is clearly only looking for a host to allow her to do whatever she wants, whenever she wants and that selfishness has never been the attitude of any of our other volunteers over the years.

Volunteering at the hotel was a big challenge for me. Even though I have not performed some tasks before such as kitchen help in a professional kitchen, guest service, it was very important for the improvement of my personal skills. The working hours are fair; the volunteers do the housekeeping and cleaning on guest rooms, kicthen area, tea room, common and outdoor areas; the place offered for us is good with a private bathroom. The food provided is good as well, as you can order a list of things to shop. I want to thank Matthew and Richard for the opportunity to be part of the team.

Esta ha sido mi primera experiencia, y creo que no podría haber escogido mejor. Ha sido perfecta. Siempre me ha hecho respecto hacer algo así pero gracias a Matthew y las personas que he conocido, ha sido maravilloso! Muy contento con el trato que Matthew da, todo lo que detalla en su perfil, es tal cómo es. Flexibilidad total, buen trato y aprendes mucho de ellos. Durante mi estancia, me sentí cómo en casa, cómo si fueran mi segunda familia. Estás en una zona muy bonita de UK, la zona del New Forest, el cual he descubierto y me ha gustado mucho. Tanto por sus paisajes, cómo de la gente.

A experiência no the hotel foi incrível. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa para os voluntários - limpo, organizado, boa cama, boas toalhas. A comida é feita pelos próprios voluntários e o valor dado para comprar comida é suficiente. Roxxane e Huw são os gerentes e são pessoas incríveis. Eles são super jovens e não te deixam com dúvidas. Paul é a definição do gentleman britânico. Todo o staff (Holly, Beth e Ebony) é muito amável e te deixam muito à vontade. Eu recomendo DEMAIS! Espero voltar para visitar outras vezes! 🧡

Solo estuve un mes allí pero me sentí bien recibida y aprendí las cosas básicas de un hotel. Aunque el edificio es un poco antiguo es lo suficientemente cómodo para estar. Todo el personal era muy agradable y sobre todo paciente. El trabajo era muy sencillo y poco exigente. El pueblo era muy bonito y estaba bien conectado a otras ciudades. Me voy con una muy buena experiencia.

Ha sido mi primer voluntariado y estoy muy feliz por haber elegido Tatched el hotel. Matthew esta muy pendiente de ti desde antes de tu llegada para explicarte con detalle todo y atender tus dudas y solicitudes , al llegar al hotel te reciben y de inmediato sientes el ambiente de equipo, todo el Equipo está siempre atendiendo tus dudas y enseñándote todo lo que necesites saber. Huw, Roxie and Paul están siempre al pendiente de lo que el equipo de voluntarios necesiten para hacernos sentir cómodos y a gusto. Todo el equipo es increíble. Brockenhurst es bellísimo!

Foi a minha primeira experiência com a Wolrdpackers e foi incrível! Aprendi muito e toda a equipe sempre teve muita paciência em explicar tudo. Durante o mês que eu passei lá, tive conheci outros 9 viajantes, além dos staffs que em sua maioria eram locais, e foi muito bacana ter contato com realidades tao diferentes. Melhorei muito o meu inglês, que era um dos meus objetivos e aprendi diversas coisas que eu nunca tinha feito na vida. Agradeço muito aos anfitrioes pela oportunidade e estou super aberta caso alguém queira também viver a experiência e tiver alguma dúvida!

El sitio es genial, las tareas se respetan al igual que los horarios, pero es verdad que no hay el ambiente de voluntariado, no hay ambiente de familia, el resto de cosas todo bien.

We were very disappointed to read the review Victor left for us on Worldpackers. To say there is no volunteer atmosphere demonstrates more about the volunteer than the host, especially when we did so much to look after Victor during quarantine. The best volunteers make the most of their experiences when travelling, but, sadly, that is not the case for every volunteer.
