MJ and Harry are such sweethearts and the vibe at the studio is very friendly as well, so work is mostly fun. I had an amazing time with the other volunteers there! It was a very good experience, I hope I can come soon again:)

Everything was absolutely perfect! It was so cool to interact with the locals, so of whom I became great friends with. I traveled around Korea before joining langs Young and it was so much easier to understand and learn from the Culture! Harry, MJ and Young were so good to us and made us volunteers feel at home. The house was close to the language cafe but wasn't the best, it was a little bit to cramped for the amount of volunteers. And boy these volunteers are amazing people. I feel like I made friends for life. I would definitely recommend staying at this language cafe!

This was my very first time volunteering and I couldn't have ask for a more memorable experience. The managers MJ and Harry were one of the kindest and willing souls I've ever met. The work itself is simple. Being able to talk to the students at the cafe and learning about Korean culture from locals was priceless. The friends and memories I made from this opportunity will be one of the lifetime occurrence. My only regret was that I stayed for a very short time.

I truly had a life time experience at the studio. I met a new family in the other part of the world, with both volunteers and staff. The students are super nice and friendly, I had really interesting conversations and discovered a lot about the culture. They were also happy to show us their favorite places, and many became our true friends. The managers are just the kindest, they are always willing to help us and are very flexible with the schedule. Overall I am so grateful to everyone I met, and I will never forget all the smiley faces I've seen during my stay ! Big love <3

I had such a beautiful time at the language studio. I had the chance to talk to many locals of all ages and backgrounds and they were all respectful and easy to talk to. It didn't feel like work. The volunteers I met in the studio were also really nice people, and even though the apartment is small if you have a good attitude and you are flexible it won't be a problem.

I had a wonderful time at the cafe! Harry and MJ are really nice and always try to make the weekly schedule work for everyone. The people I talked to on a daily basis were all incredibly nice and easy to talk to. The conversations gave me a good understanding about the Korean culture and Korean people. The only thing that bothered me was the living situation. The apartment is incredibly small for 10 people and it gets dirty easily. Sometimes it took a while for them to provide us with food if we ran out. Just don't expect too much. Regardless, I would definitely recommend it and return again!

Overall good experience ! Through the volunteer I was able to have interesting discussions with many locals with different backgrounds. It made my experience in South Korea more meaningful. Since all the volunteers live together I got to met incredible people and we became close pretty quickly. Sometimes it can be a lot because of the mess and the noise but most of the time, it's great because you always have someone to do something with. Harry, one of the new manager, really helped us to feel welcome and appreciated. He even cooked for us once !

The staff were very nice to me from the first day, they explained everything to me clearly, and if I didn't understand something they had no problem repeating it to me again. The work was very easy and the students in general are wonderful people, some of them have even become my friends. Regarding the apartment, it is true that it is very small for 10 people and it can be uncomfortable to live there, and also sometimes the neighbors are very hostile, but these are things that can be solved with communication. In fact, with the volunteers I never had any problem, they were friendly with me.

Met so many nice and kind locals wanting to be friends and became very close with the other volunteers from all around the world. The work can be a little hard sometimes, but not impossible! Overall a very nice and memorable experience. Definitely coming back to SK! Thank you managers 😊❤️
