Pros -MJ, Tiger, and Dae are so kind! -The cafe was a fun place to meet Koreans / learn about the culture :) -Work is only 4 hrs/day so there's lots of free time! Cons -Didn't get any rundown when I arrived; found out a lot of things in later on by chance. It felt like a game of telephone between the volunteers -Many amenities listed (3 meals a day/language lessons/etc) are NOT offered! Ask them for details -10 volunteers share a 2bd/1 bath apt. and it got VERY messy and gross. Was hard to live in for long The living space was a let down but the experience in Seoul was wonderful!

Great experience! I was able to meet many of the locals and learn so much about Korea and also different people. I had amazing, funny, and sometimes deep conversations with the students here. I originally was only supposed to do this program for one month but I enjoyed so much that I stayed with it longer (except for some trips to explore other places) .

I had an unforgettable experience working here at the language cafe. The people were so welcoming and caring, especially the hosts. The hosts made me laugh every day, really made it feel like home. The students I talked with were also all so interesting. I learned so much from them, and actually made a lot of friends. It is truly a great opportunity for you to share your language, your culture, and your experiences. While the accommodation was a bit smaller than expected, they will be expanding and moving to a bigger place soon. I also had fun living with the other international travelers.

My time with these host (MJ, Tiger, and Young) was honestly the best! They are all super nice and extremely accommodating! If you ever need anything don't be afraid to ask them! For those of you wondering what the experience is like: the main task is basically to have casual conversations with the locals who come to practice and improve their English skills. Alot of the people you meet are extremely nice so it's a good experience! And if you wondering about the accommodation it's a small apartment (different from the pictures) but still decent! All in all I would definitely come back! <3

Super nice place to make connections with the locals and meet other travelers. volunteering usually takes place in the evening, so there is plenty of time to explore seoul or go on a short trip. absolutely recommend to those who want to improve their communication skills and find good friends
