The Experience

I am reaching out on behalf of our Umoja Children's Home to offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your web development skills. Our orphanage needs help with web development, creating a website, writing code, editing website content and making adjustments based on client feedback. Could you give us a hand with that?

Wow! What an incredible experience I had at the project in Kenya! I'm filled with emotions after MY FIRST volunteer stint here. The kids are simply amazing. They're the hardest workers, always brimming with laughter and affection. I'm incredibly grateful for the bond I could build with them in such a short time. I highly recommend anyone considering volunteering here to go for it. Not only will you be helping a remarkable case, but you'll also undergo a transformative experience. It would be fantastic to have more opportunities to contribute. Thank you, the project, for having me.

The children at the project are the most absolute hard-working kids I've ever met. They are always laughing, affectionate, and I am very grateful for the bond I was able to create with them. I had a wave of emotions pass through me while here, and living the experience really made me see things differently. Adjusting to the cultural change was difficult at first, but seeing the smiles on all the project faces really makes your heart melt. I highly recommend volunteering here, and I hope i'm able to come back soon to visit everyone. Thank you the project for having me.

This has been my favorite volunteer experience by far! The people are incredibly welcoming and the children are the sweetest, most hardworking kids I've ever met. I received so much love from the kids and I can't wait to come back to see them all grown up!

I had a beautiful experience in the project. I spent 10 days with the kids and it was amazing. They are so lovely!!!! In the project you can learn about the Kenyan culture, meet friendly people and exchange your language and culture with the kids. Joseph, Noah and Betty are wonderful people and they are doing the best as possible for the children. I highly recommend this experience if you want give love and received a lot more. I already miss them so much! I will never forget the time I spent in the project!
