It was our first worldpacker. The first week was a bit taff for me, a lot of new and unfamilar things. The lifestyle is very alternative and special. Cold showers in summer, no wifi and buddhist rituals in the morning. After a week I got used to it and learned to love this place. The community is so lovely and open-hearted. Its so special to meet so many people from all over the world. So many inspiring people! Dony is a really warm person who took great care of my intolerances. I would advise to research the location before and to be aware. Open up and get involved in this beautiful place!

Fiona was on her first volunteering experience on her stay with us, she demonstrated an open mind and the will to go through any task that had to be taken care of.
She cut her stay short, unfortunately, since shortly after she discovered she found herself at home with the community. Our doors (and hearts) are always open for you! Best of wishes!

(By the way, dear reader, "buddhist rituals" would mean Pali chanting in the morning to break the noble silence of breakfast, we take the 3 refuges and 5 precepts every morning)

The Center was my first volunteer experience. The people there are super gracious, nice and have welcomed me with open arms. I met many people from different countries. The food was excellent every single day. Still, at first it was a bit unusual to live in a community with so many people and in the middle of the Center. But you have to give it all a chance. I advise all future volunteers to get to know the place well in advance. The work is easy and you learn a lot. All in all, I am very happy to have this experience of honour. Thank you!🌞

The Center experience is a life-changing one. Apart from meeting amazing people from all over the world, I had the chance to slow down, and work on myself. It is truly a magical place full of unexpected adventures and experiences, that shape your journey during your stay, and also wherever life takes you after. I highly recommend visiting this little paradise on earth.

The Center is a very special place. It's not a perfect place , but the people are so kind. If you wanna experience living in community with so many different people and to have a quiet day-to-day with simple activities and surrounded by the Center, then this is a very very good place. The community is the soul of the Center, and you will find a very warm and kind community.

My original plan was to stay in the Center for a month and I stayed for almost 4! I feel in love with the place and the people there, It felt like being at home with family! the experience is challenging and it makes you grow and change, I would recommend it for anyone who wants to learn about themselves and others. I would definitely come back many times 🤍🤍🤍

It's a good volunteering if you are on a spiritual journey and if you wanna learn a bit about buddhism. The center is surrounded by the Center and it's a good opportunity to meet new people and learn new things, I really met a lot of good friends there. The tasks were simple and not hard to do, except working in the vegetable garden during the summer season. Thanks to the Center I discovered what I enjoy the most is living in community

The Center was my first experience of living in a community. It is a really nice place, the people are very welcoming and the diversity of age and nationality is amazing. Living in a community differs a lot from what I knew before. However, after getting to know the routines it was a truly enriching experience and I enjoyed it a lot! A big thank you to all the people I have met there for being so great and making my time in the Center and the Center itself so precious and special!
