This was my first Worldpacker experience and I couldn't wish for anything more. The work was easy and didn't feel like work at all. The people were great and made me feel welcome the second I got there. I am so grateful for the time I spent there and for all the amazing moments. But if you decide to go there, learn some Italian. Not everything is translated, which can sometimes be confusing

ROSAA!!
She was on her first volunteering experience on her stay with us, she demonstrated an open mind and the will to go through any task that had to be taken care of. She also find the way to learn some new words to comunicate with everybody. She discovered, she found herself at home with the community.
Our doors and hearts are always open for you Rosi!
Best of wishes!

The Center was an amazing experience. We met so many beautiful people and learnt so much about ourselves. The work was very reasonable and fairly easy, and you have plenty of free time in the afternoons. It's a great place to get in touch with the Center and meet fellow travellers. The serenity is incomparable and it is so nice to disconnect with the world and reconnect with yourself. If you are a non - Italian speaker it can feel a little isolating at times, as things aren't always translated, so we would recommend learning some basic Italian before arrival. Overall the Center is truly magical!!!

I am deeply grateful for the time I've spent in the Center and the amazing people I've met along the way. This place is encouraging you to dive deep into yourself, reconnect and grow out of your comfort zone. It helped me to get a better understanding of life in community, listening to myself and others and being more patient. Grazie a tutti! <3

I didn't experience the volunteering experience I signed up for. I've met amazing people with great values who enriched my life and perspectives. I stayed for 5 weeks in the Center on the South of Italy, I can not talk about the experience in the Center on the North. I met 5 monks, I was able to get in deep touch with the Buddhism. The last days were really weird, the directors were unclear. On the other hand, I was able to relax and meditate, while doing simple activities in the garden, cooking and cleaning inside the house. I am grateful

The Center is a magical place where people can learn a lot about living in a community, Bodhisem, meditation, and themself all of that while having so much fun. It was our first worldpacker. The first week was a bit taff for me, a lot of new and unfamilar things. The lifestyle is very alternative and special. Cold showers in summer, no wifi and buddhist rituals in the morning. After a week I got used to it and learned to love this place. The community is so lovely and open-hearted. Its so special to meet so many people from all over the world. So many inspiring people! Dony is a really warm person who took great care of my intolerances. I would advise to research the location before and to be aware. Open up and get involved in this beautiful place!

Fiona was on her first volunteering experience on her stay with us, she demonstrated an open mind and the will to go through any task that had to be taken care of.
She cut her stay short, unfortunately, since shortly after she discovered she found herself at home with the community. Our doors (and hearts) are always open for you! Best of wishes!

(By the way, dear reader, "buddhist rituals" would mean Pali chanting in the morning to break the noble silence of breakfast, we take the 3 refuges and 5 precepts every morning)
