I loved my stay at the Center!! I learned so many things about discipline, respect, commitment and life. I did three days of silence and i got to practice mindfulness on a deeper and even more spiritual level. The daily little tasks were a perfect way to practice it. I really recommend these place for the enriching experience. Tatiana

I really enjoyed my stay there, it was an amazing experience to think and learn more about myself. The tasks was easy and mostly gardening and help with other volunteers, however sometimes the sun made it a bit hard. The room was simply and enough to be there. I met wonderful people there. The are very generous with food. Just for a couple thinks to improve: - Be clear how often the. Day off is, because I didn't have. - Maybe it would be more better if the Bhikkhuni's talks had an specific time and porpuse. - we have plenty time on afternoons, it could be a perfecto time to learn more about B

It's a beautiful place that helps to be calm, thinking, learning and finding yourself. I enjoyed staying in this place, though the job is very simple sometimes the sun makes it hard, but i didn't mind, there were things that I've never done and learnt a lot focused on gardening. They are very generous with food. It's a good place to share with other volunteers and local people. Just a couple of things to improve: Be clear when the day off is, in my stay there I didn't have it. Even though I learnt some things about Buddhism, I consider it could be better to define topics and schedules.

Spending the time there was really fun and enjoyable. I learnt a lot about Buddhism and the Center. The staff is super sweet and nice and the monks are really approachable. There is a communication barrier with the staff and some tasks can be more organized. But overall really aligned with my expectations.

I was able to fulfill my goal in coming to the Center Punya Panya. I learned the Theravada Buddhism and was taught the Center. The tasks assigned were meant to teach you mindfulness. The interaction and connection with nature while doing the assigned tasks brought about calmness, inner peace and a host of other positive sentiments. I especially thank Anya for instilling in me the value of mindfulness, understanding perception, the benefits of the Center, and the merits of proper reflection in practicing buddhism. Thank you, Anya. I will never forget you. “Catch and release”! 😉

This place will have a special place in my heart. The atmosphere of the Center is amazing, you can see they love the place - the monks are a joy to be around, learn from them, even with the language barrier. The work can be tiring sometimes but mostly when the task in under the sun; they have fans everywhere and air conditioning in the closed rooms which was a must to the resting times. But it's truly rewarding with all the knowledge you get from them. It was an amazing 1st volunteer experience, great to learn about being present and enjoy what you have and the nature we all come from ✨

I've spend 10 amazing days at the Center, the monks, Beam and all the people there were so nice, caring and happy to teach you things about the Center, buddhism, vipassana… The work can be a bit physical because of the heat but it is fine ! The food is good, you can try a lot of new things and the dogs make everything even more great. It was my 1rst volunteering and I would a 100% recommend it !!

My experience and the Center centre was incredibly special. It truely did feel like coming home. Everyone was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The jobs were very enjoyable, being out in nature, there own the Center practice themselves. I am very grateful and honoured to have been welcomed into such a sacred space and have learnt so much in my time here. Thank you!!

I had an amazing time at this Buddhist the Center. The people were welcoming, the food was incredible, and they even took us to the beach twice. However, be ready for some demanding manual labor if that's not your thing. Also, if you want to learn more about Buddhism, you need to actively seek information. Overall, a fantastic experience and met some wonderful people!

Thanks for the opportunity ! I feel lucky to have lived along the monks in the center and participate to the chanting and the Center everyday. The place is very peaceful and everyone is nice. Working hours could be quite physical sometimes but it was fun and the work is often different, so you don't get bored. Having a the Center class to understand Vipasanna better would have been nice.
